Duration: 8–10 weeks
1. Introduction to UI/UX Design – Difference between UI and UX, design thinking, product design overview.
2. Design Thinking Process – Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test.
3. User Research Basics – Surveys, interviews, personas, empathy maps.
4. Information Architecture (IA) – User flows, sitemaps, navigation structure.
5. Wireframing Fundamentals – Low-fidelity sketches, digital wireframes.
6. UI Design Basics – Typography, color theory, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy.
7. Design Tools (Figma / Adobe XD) – Hands-on with tools for UI design.
8. Prototyping & User Testing – Clickable prototypes, usability testing.
9. Portfolio Mini Project – Design a simple app or website.
10. Review & Presentation – Feedback and improvements.
■ SENIOR / ADVANCED LEVEL
Course Goal: Master complex UX processes, design systems, team collaboration, and user analytics for
professional product design.
Duration: 10–12 weeks
1. Advanced User Research & Personas – Quantitative vs qualitative data, journey mapping.
2. UX Strategy & Product Thinking – Aligning business goals with user needs.
3. Interaction Design (IxD) – Microinteractions, animations, motion principles.
4. Design Systems & Style Guides – Component libraries, consistency in design.
5. Accessibility & Inclusive Design – WCAG standards, inclusive design principles.
6. Advanced Prototyping (Figma, Framer, ProtoPie) – Interactive flows, conditional logic.
7. Usability Testing & Analytics – A/B testing, heatmaps, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
8. Collaboration & Handoff (Dev Tools) – Working with developers using Figma Inspect / Zeplin.
9. UI Trends & Design for Different Platforms – Responsive web, mobile apps, dark mode, wearables.
10. Portfolio & Case Study Development – Presenting UX process, storytelling, job readiness.
11–12. Capstone Project – Real-world product design challenge.
