1. Robotic gun & layout selection & validation.

2. Robotic fixture simulation of applications like spot, MIG, hemming & material handling.

3. Defining the welding sequence to minimize the cycle time.

4. Robot payload validation with gun force selection as per sheet thickness

5. Cycle time sheet of spot & MIG welding.

6. Offline programming should be able to do with latest robot controller.

7. Preferred software Process simulate, Delmia V5 & Motosim.
