En esta guía, pondremos TODA la "Immersion" y "Discovery"”
que has adquirido en práctica con estas actividades de
"speaking" o "output". La mejor forma de recibir "feedback" y
practicar tu speaking es con un HABLANTE NATIVO REAL.
Por eso, es necesario que descargues la aplicación "HelloTalk".
Después de crear tu perfil, ve a Actividad #1 para practicar
con hablantes nativo en inglés.
Usar HelloTalk y tener una práctica constante con hablantes
nativos es la razón PRINCIPAL por la que nosotros alcanzamos
un nivel "nativo" en 2 idiomas. Sé paciente y constante, porque
este método FUNCIONA.

ACTIVITY 1
Parte 1: Introducing yourself!
Time: 20 minutes
Step #1: Open HelloTalk. If you haven't created an account yet,
create an account.
Step #2: It's time to find your LANGUAGE PARTNER! Go to
"Connect", find several language partners, and send the
following message (Feel free to modify it as you like):
Hey (name of potential language partner)! I'm (your name), and
I'm from (name of your country). I would be happy to help you
with your Spanish, would you like to practice with me?
Step 3: Now, it's time to INTRODUCE YOURSELF!
We recommend you ask these next questions to your
language partner (and create a fun language learning
environment!).
First introduce yourself:

If you need to respond to this question, you can start like this:

If you need to respond to this question, you can start like this:
I'm from… ( and your country) for example: I'm from Mexico,
Honduras, Colombia…
4.- What do you do for a living?
If you need to respond to this question, you can start like this:
I'm a/ an _______ for example: I'm a lawyer, I'm an engineer…
5.- What do you like to do for fun?
If you need to respond to this question, you can start like this:
Well, I'm really into…
For example: I'm really into singing, dancing, reading etc… you
can choose one option or change the activity.
Parte 2: Have you ever...?
Time: 20 minutes
Ask your partner the following 3 questions and then play a fun
game with him/her…
1: Have you ever been to (name of your country)?
Answer: Yes, I have! (Habla de tu experiencia)
No, I haven't. (Habla de que si quieres ir o otros lugares que
quieres visitar)
2. Have you ever tried (your favorite food)?
Answer:
Yes, I have! (Habla de tu experiencia)
No, I haven't. (Habla de que si quieres probarla, "I've never
heard of X, tell me more...)
3. Have you ever listened to (your favorite song)?
Pay attention to their answer so you can learn more vocabulary.
Parte 3: Using Phrasal Verbs +
Expressions
Time: 20 minutes
It's time to start using some phrasal verbs. We left some topics in the
table below that you can talk about with your language partner.
Choose 2 topics and use 3 of the following phrasal verbs during
your conversation. You can also make up (invent) your own topics if
you wish.
Break into – Enter a place illegally.
Get down – Bajarte
Hand over – Give something to someone.
Find out – Discover information (Averiguar)
Look for – Try to find something (buscar)
Got across – Atravesar
Grab – Take quickly (Agarrar)
Put in – Poner algo DENTRO DE. otra cosa
Show up – Aparecer
Make sure – Asegurarse...
