Respected Sir,

With due respect, I want to notify you that my younger child Muhammad Mustafa
Shahzad is a student of Advance A (Student No. 19935), at your school Bahria college.
I Khuram Shahzad, am bonafide employee of Project Management Organization
(NESCOM), Islamabad (service certificates are attached). Currently, I am paying the
monthly school fee for my children as per the civil category (copies of the fee bills are
attached).

However, accelerated inflation, increase in tax rates, and reduction in monthly income, it
has made it difficult to meet expenditures smoothly. Therefore, being an employee of a
strategic organization, I humbly request a concession in the monthly school fee for my
children.

I am submitting this application against the “Govt Employees paid out of defense
estimates quota vide Gazette of Pakistan letter no. M-302/L7646, S.R.O. No 332
(1)/2010 dated 25 Jan 2010”.
