 TRAVELLING TO MEXICO
The state of Quintana Roo, which includes Cancun and Cozumel, will be requiring all international travellers to pay a tourism usage fee of 244 Mexican
pesos, approximately 15 CAD depending on the current exchange rate. The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax
will be imposed upon departure. Travellers have the option to access [Link] where they can complete a brief questionnaire and make the
payment in advance of or during their visit. A receipt will be provided, and proof of payment may be requested by the airport authority upon
arrival/departure. As travel requirements can change, it is the traveller's responsibility to check the entry requirements of the country they are planning to

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

 AIRPORT CHECK-IN
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, we recommend downloading the Sunwing App and checking in 24 hours in advance using your WestJet
reservation code. Check-in can also be completed online directly through WestJet at [Link]/en-ca/manage/check-in or at a WestJet check-in
counter. Note that check-in kiosks are not available at the airport. It is strongly recommended that all passengers arrive three (3) hours prior to departure to
allow for adequate time to check in and pass through airport security. For all airports within Canada and overseas, the check-in desk will be open three (3)
hours prior to departure and close one (1) hour prior to departure. All passengers arriving after the check-in desk closes will be denied boarding.
