AM Wake-up + Study Hour)

A focused daily routine for 10th standard students — includes morning study time, exercise, and
balanced nutrition for growth and confidence.

Time Activity Details

5:00 – 6:00 AM Morning Study Focus on difficult subjects or revision. Avoid distractions.
6:00 – 6:30 AM Workout & Freshen Up Push-ups, squats, planks, Surya Namaskar, quick bath.
6:30 – 7:00 AM Breakfast 2 chapatis or poha/upma + banana or peanuts + milk/tea.
7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
School Tiffin: chapati + dal/sabji; Snack: banana or roasted chana.
3:00 – 4:30 PM Lunch + Rest Rice/chapati + dal/sabji + 1 tsp ghee; nap 30 minutes.
4:30 – 7:30 PM Study/Tuition Homework or tuition; snack: banana, potato, or peanuts.
7:30 – 8:00 PM Evening Workout (optional)Push-ups, squats, planks, stretches for height.
