The bar chart compares the proportion of men and women educators in six different types

of educational setting in the UK in 2010.


Overall, in nursery, primary and secondary school, the percentage of female teachers was
higher than the percentage of male teachers. But the figures for private training institutes
and universities were lower. In college, the proportion of men and women teachers was
the same.
In addition, the percentage of female teachers in nursery and primary was the highest of
the six types of educational items.
The percentage of female teachers was dominated at reach a peak of 100% but this figure
for male only lower 10%. The proportion of female instructors showed in primary a
similar pattern with it in nursery. The proportion of female instructors was significantly
huger than male with the proportion female instructors at over 90% whereas the male
about slightly lower 20%.
In college, the percentage of men and women lecturers was the same, at about a half. In
private training institute was minimally immerser than the female by about approximately
30%. Similarly, the proportion of men lecturers stood at 70%, while women lecturers at
above 40%.

It's general knowledge that men and women have various strengths and shortcomings.
Many people believe that males and females exclude from certain professions because of
their gender. I totally disagree with this view for several reasons.
First of all, it depends on their experiences during the period of working or studying, not
on their gender. A successful person that not only depends on the knowledge that they
gain during their studies to apply in the work but also their ability to contribute dedicated
to this job especially related to their gender. In the past, many people believed that men
were the breadwinners who worked and the main financial support for families whereas
women were seem as weak people and just stayed at home, took care of children but in
today’s world both male and female can go to work .For example, in my neighborhoods,
we have a male doctors and female doctors that is my aunt in two different families. They
are very proud of boys, they always ask my families why my aunt chose to become a
doctor, this job is not suitable for girls. However, my aunt does not care about these
opinions, my aunt tries to study hard and try her best to prove their ability in this field.
And now she is a professional doctor in Nhi Dong with over 10 years in her field and
receive many prices about her jobs.
Next, men and women are normally as seem as have different opinions and views in
circumstances. Men often make a decision more quickly because they like about and their
benefits from it, while women hesitant about it as they also consider many sides from the
problems between advantage and downside that they achieve from [Link] many
different opinions in the comapny especially during the time dicuss about teamwork
project it really useful to prove each members contribute to this project and helps their
team will become an the best team in this [Link] exmaple, my sister is a business
women at a company, every month we always have teamwork project for any [Link]
with both boys and girls is always to chose projects and receive rewards because they
work very well and have a pefect project.
In conclusion, It is not true about that Numerous individuals contend that males and
females are excluded from specific occupations according to their gender because they
have different experience and [Link], goverments encourage everyone must
go to school and many prize if you are an excellent.
