COMPOSITION
• The NSRC shall be composed of the graduates of CWTS and
LTS components of the NSTP.
ORGANIZATION
• The NSRC is organized under the umbrella of the National
Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC). It shall have a
national, regional, provincial, and city/municipal level of
organization parallel to the Disaster Coordinating Council
(DCC) structures at all levels.
