Tuesday – Long School + Sprinting

08:15–18:30 — School (break 12:30–14:30)
18:45–19:25 — Sprinting session
19:25–19:40 — Shower
19:45 — Maghrib
20:00–21:00 — Study (1h)
21:00–21:30 — Isha + relax

Wednesday – Half Day + Lower Body (Gym)
