Dear Principal,
Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as Computer
Operator at Pioneer Convent School. My last day of employment will be one month from today,
on Monday, September 23, 2025.
I am incredibly grateful for the experience I've gained and the support you and the staff have
shown me during my time here. It has been a pleasure working with everyone and contributing to
the school's success.
I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my final month. I am happy to assist in
training my replacement and completing any outstanding tasks to the best of my ability.
Thank you again for the opportunity to have been a part of the Pioneer Convent School team. I
