Reading Activity
My Daily Life
My name is David, and I want to share about my daily routine (thói quen hằng
ngày). I usually wake up (thức dậy) at 6:30 in the morning. After that, I brush my
teeth (răng), wash my face (mặt), and eat a quick breakfast (bữa sáng).
At 8:00, I go to work. I am an office worker (nhân viên văn phòng), so I spend most
of my time at my desk (bàn làm việc) using the computer (máy tính). My job can be
busy, but I enjoy learning new things every day. At noon, I usually have lunch (bữa
trưa) with my colleagues at a small restaurant (nhà hàng) near the office.
After work, I sometimes go to the supermarket (siêu thị) to buy food. In the evening, I
eat dinner with my family (gia đình). We often talk about our day. After dinner, I like to
relax (thư giãn) by reading a book or watching television (truyền hình).
Finally, I go to bed around 11:00. I believe a good sleep (giấc ngủ) is very important
for health and happiness.
