Tue Calculation Depth 1 hr Perfect Your Chess (2–3 positions)
Wed Positional Understanding 1 hr Gelfand / Silman (1 chapter)
Thu Endgames 1 hr 100 Endgames You Must Know
Fri Mixed Practice 1.5 hrs ECC random puzzles + 1 rapid game
Sat Game Analysis Day 2 hrs Review 1–2 online games deeply
Sun Rest / Review 1 hr Revise failed puzzles + GM games study
Each week repeats this structure for 8 weeks. Focus on accuracy, not speed.

Weeks 1–2: ECC themes – Pins, Skewers, Double Attacks, Forks Weeks 3–4: ECC themes –
Deflection, Clearance, Discovered Attack, Overloading Weeks 5–6: ECC themes – Zwischenzug,
Decoy, Quiet Move Weeks 7–8: ECC Mixed Complex Combinations
■ Core Book Plan:
Perfect Your Chess: 3–5 deep puzzles/week (Volokitin) 100 Endgames You Must Know:
Complete once in 4 weeks Dvoretsky’s Endgame Manual: Study blue diagrams only (Weeks 5–8)
Silman & Gelfand: 1 chapter/week alternating Kasparov Games: 1 annotated game/week
■ Additional Practice:
Daily 3 rounds Puzzle Rush (for speed) 1 Rapid/Classical game weekly (analyze manually)
Maintain a 'Blunder Notebook' Use Blindfold/Visualization mode 2× per week
Expected Outcome: Improved calculation depth, stronger pattern recognition, endgame precision,
and positional intuition – target FIDE 2200+ level.
