I/We here by appoint you as an Architect for the above mentioned work on the following

Terms and conditions:

1. I/We agree to pay you as your professional fees at 4% (Four Percent). on the gross cost of
Civil work of all the items (including the cost of material and labor)When the work is
executed wholly or in part with old material, or in case labor and transport is supplied by
us, the percentage of our fees shall be calculated on the value of the work as if the work
has been executed wholly by the contractor supplying all materials and labor, Contractors
profits.

Here under :
a. On your appointment advance Lump sum Rs – 40000/-….

b. On taking our instructions, preparing sketch design 20 % of the total fees

(less received earlier.)

c. On preparing working drawings necessary 35 % of the total fees.

(less received earlier.)

d. On preparing 3d drawings 50 % of the total fees.

(less received earlier.)

e. On architectural supervision of the work, checking 95 % of the total fees.


bills, issuing certificates for payment to labor (less received earlier.)

f. After final completion work 100 % of the total fees

(less received earlier.)

1) Including all material with labor charges.
