Article I. School VMGO


Article II. Teacher’s Manual Handbook
Sec 1. Teacher Manual Handbook as Doctrine - This Teacher’s Manual Handbook
shall be treated by Lambayong Sun Beam Learning Center Inc. Teachers as doctrine that
incorporates their behavior, actions, ethical standards, decision making in the workplace,
teaching guide, and practices inside or outside of the school premises and during working days or
not. Hence, teachers are expected at all times to obey and abide in the law established in our
country.
Sec 2. Teacher is subject for the reminder or warning from the principal or
administration to maintain high standard of teaching in Lambayong Sun Beam Learning Center
Inc. unless they have maintained to behave and act according to the principle of the bible and
teacher’s ethical standard.
Sec 3. Teacher’s punctuality is highly encourage to provide quality service of teaching in
their students. Thus, they are required to come earlier before 7:00 am in the morning.
Sec 4. Teachers is treated as the second parent of the students within the school. They
shall maintain high tolerance and provide harmless physical discipline and harsh words to
educate their students inside or outside of the classroom or in the school and either in social
media.
Sec 5. It is prohibited that teacher will accept bribery from his or her students or parents
or provide favoritism to them. Nor teacher will receive or ask for services, treats, gifts, from
student or parents or to anyone.
Sec 6. During class hours, teacher’s are not allowed to use
