DISCONNECT
TO CONNECT

As the Information Age reshapes how we communicate, constant connectivity often leads
to emotional disconnection. Digital interaction allows instant contact, but it can
weaken empathy and genuine human bonds. As social mammals, we thrive on presence and
shared experiences — the essence of eudaimonia, or true human flourishing. The idea
of “disconnect to connect” reminds us that well-being comes not from endless online
communication, but from balancing technology with authentic relationships that
nurture understanding and purpose.
