about syllable separation.

Syllable Separation
All words are divided into syllables. A syllable is the part of the word that we say all at once.
like little pieces of words. All syllables have at least one vowel:

bo-né: two syllables ar-vo-re: three syllables

ca-der-ne-ta: four syllables De-ter-mi-ned: five syllables
Pa-ra-le-le-pi-pe-do: seven syllables
otorhinolaryngologist: ten syllables
anti-constitutionalistically: twelve syllables

It is possible to have more than one vowel in a syllable. What does not exist is a syllable that does not have a vowel:
Irr-brother: two syllables Trei-na-dor: three syllables
De-di-ca-tion: four syllables

When we separate the syllables of a word, we must take some care:

1. The digraphs ch, lh, nh, gu, qu are not separated:

a-che-gar son ma-nhã fidget any

2. We do not separate the meetings of another consonant +lour:

to embrace the free electric applause

3. We do not separate diphthongs and triphthongs:

want what's the hat Uruguay

4. We separate vowels that form hiatuses:

saída queen root

5. Always separate the same vowels and the digraphs rr, ss, sc, xc, sç:

Assisted coordination cat Ar-Rastou

it was born excellent over here
