It does not have numbering.
INDEX:
It is the ordered list of the developed contents (with their divisions and
subdivisions in the case of the chapters). The index records the number
of the page of each item in the list for quick location, except in
some sections as presented below.
Form:
The preliminary pages are not numbered; the cover, the dedication,
the index.
The chapters and general titles are in uppercase and do not carry
numbering.
The subtitles are in lowercase and have numbering.
The final pages are not numbered.
All pages are counted even if they do not have the page number.
