successful organizations.

Every society, and in particular, the Peruvian one, is made up of human groups.
diverse individuals who are in constant contact. Life in society occurs,
justly, due to the relationships of economic, productive, social, cultural order,
religious, etc. that are established between the various human groups. It is natural that
these contacts are not free from certain tension that is, in turn, the result of the
different development interests of each group or community. The mentioned tension
it can lead to social conflicts that have an ethical basis for their solution
what is necessary to clarify. We consider ethics as the practical part of the
philosophy that focuses on providing a moral perspective on behavior and
obligations of man. In this sense and in the face of problems or conflicts

1
arising in society due to various interests, it is necessary for students
the course Citizenship and Ethical Reflection have analytical tools, moral or
ethics, that allow them to better understand the origin of the conflict and be able to
propose a solution that takes into consideration the common good before,
only, the personal benefit.

Therefore, the subject Citizenship and Ethical Reflection is part of the courses of the
Humanities Department of the Technological University of Peru that are
necessary in all university training. The Management considers it very important
that students reflect on the fact that coexistence in society is
marked by conflicts of interest and that its resolution must be mediated by a
legal order that is within a state of law in which everyone
citizens have, justly, the same rights as well as obligations or

and prejudices.

in current social problems. Based on this, it is necessary for students
