workstation is equipped with 1 or 2 large screens.

WORKSTATIONS
Located in Zones A and C, to be used for individual
tasks. Desk height can be adapted to the type of
activity. Having the opportunity to work in a stand
up position reduces health issues that occur due to
seating for long hours. High level of concentration.
CLOUD TABLES
Located in Zones A and C, to be used for
individual activities that require a medium level of
concentration or for small group discussions. This
can be a place to have an informal team meeting.
Cloud tables are located in the open space area
giving the possibilty for collaborators to easily join
the ongoing meetings.
Cloud tables are usually located away from
workstations to avoid any disturbance.
HIGH-WALLED
SEATS
Located in Zones A and C, to be used for short-
term activities requiring a medium level of
concentration, confidentiality and isolation. It is
also used to accomplish short individual tasks or
have quick discussions with colleagues.
Acoustic properties of high-walled seats allow a
comfortable level of privacy.
Touchdowns are highly flexible workspaces that
offer a wide range of uses that vary according to the
collaborators' needs, ways of working and time.
TOUCHDOWNS
Located in Zones A and C, to be used for
short-term activities requiring a low level of
concentration.
This space is used for spontaneous interactions
or quick conversations with 2 or 3 colleagues. It
is also used to answer e-mails or read documents
between meetings. Low to medium level of
concentration.
THE LOBBY
Located in Zone C, to be used to quick-check
e-mails, skim through documents or take a
few minutes to do the last corrections on a
presentation before a meeting. It also can be
used as a waiting/working area for visitors
and conferences' participants. Low level of
concentration.

STORAGE
BOOK ABLE
M�ETING ROOMS
Access to meeting rooms of various capacity
(from 6 to 8 persons). All of them are equipped
with a screen, a video projector or video-
conferencing equipment and a telephone. Some
rooms are also equipped with a smart wall.
Located in Zones A and C, formal meeting
rooms can be reserved via ISO IT platform or via
individual booking touch screens located at the
entrance to the rooms.
CONFER�NCE
C�NTER
The conference center located in Zone C is
a modular area in terms of space, layout and
furniture.
There are 4 conference rooms that are
mainly designed for meetings with externals.
Each room is equipped with a large screen, a
beamer and power sockets.
Conference rooms’ partitions are foldable on
demand to create larger conference rooms
or even one large conference area that can
host up to 150 participants.
The conference center has its own cafeteria
and a lounge.
NON-BOOK ABLE
M�ETING AREAS
The new ISO workplace gives vast opportunities
to exchange with colleagues in different
environments.
Huts
Huts are situated along the central axis of
the open-space and are non-bookable. They
are used for spontaneous "ad hoc" actions,
individual work requiring concentration, phone
calls, or informal meetings.
Located in Zones A and C, each hut is equipped
with a large screen, cables for video projections
and power sockets.
RECEPTION
The reception is the first area that the
collaborators and visitors see when entering the
office. This space can also be used as a waiting
area for visitors and it is provided with facilities
such as toilets, a cloackroom and a lobby.
STORAGE
Collective storage
There is one storage area located in zones
A and C. Each collaborator has 0.8 linear
meter for personal work documents. Some
departments can have lockable storage
depending on the level of confidentiality.
Personal storage
Each collaborator has his/her own locker
equipped with a code locking system for
personal belongings. Lockers are located at
the entrance of zone A and act as an
antechamber before entering the open space.
BREAK-OUT

CAFET�RIAS
CAFETERIA
Located in Zone B, the cafeteria contains various
types of sitting areas allowing the collaborators to
have different types of meals at any time. Thanks
to the technical installations (power sockets,
WI-FI coverage) it is also a great place to work.
CONF�RENCE
AREA CAF�TERIA
At the end of Zone C, there is a cafeteria adjacent
to the conference rooms. It is used for lunches
and coffee breaks for participants during
conferences.
SOCIAL AR�AS
A library is located at the entrance of Zone C. It is
accessible to the collaborators at all times to read
a book and rest.
