2 User Manual TEST INVERTER MODULE (Rev.03_05/2020)
The Inverter Test Module (Code 17222000A00556) is a tool that enables
a faster and more accurate diagnosis in inverter systems that have a board
Midea electronics in the condenser.
1 - CONNECTION OF THE INVERTER TEST MODULE
The cable of the inverter test module
should be connected to the board of
condensing unit using the
connector 'TestPort' of this, according to
indicated in the figure next to.
User Manual TEST INVERTER MODULE (Rev.03_05/2020) 3
2 - DISPLAY
The inverter test module display has six digits. After turning on the unit:
• If a communication error occurs between the module and the control board
the main display will show 6 dots.
• If the communication between the module and the main control board is normal
the display will show the information below:
• Frequency display;
• Display of errors;
• Search display;
• Configuration display.
2.1 - Frequency Display
Under normal communication conditions
the display will show the frequency of
operation(onthethreeLEDsontheside
left) and the required frequency
FREQUENCY FREQUENCY
to reach the desired temperature
ON OPERATION DESIRED
(the three LEDs on the right side).
2.2 - Error Display
If there is a malfunction in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, the display
will display the corresponding error codes. The original information and the codes of
errors will be displayed alternately on the display.
• The three digits on the left correspond to the error codes of the external unit.
• The three digits on the right correspond to the internal unit error codes.
