FIRST CLAUSE: The Sodexo card will be issued for the purpose of providing per diems for
weekly food provision to the worker which will not constitute salary, money or
species, for the purposes of liquidations of social benefits and compensations, nor
for the payment of parafiscal contributions, social security and it is also not considered tax income
for the employee as stipulated by law in the following articles: article 15, law
50 of 1990 / Law 1393 of 2010 / Article 387-1 E.T. / Decree 1345 of 1999 / article 17
Law 344 of 1996 / DIAN concept 688 of 2000 / DIAN concept 10704.

termination of your individual employment contract for any reason, deduct from the
value that corresponds to him for salaries, settlement of social benefits, assistance of
severance pay, interest on severance assistance, vacations, bonuses, bonuses or for
any other concept, the amounts owed for the purpose of recharging the card
in advance, loss and/or theft of the card, as well as the sums of money that THE
