This role represents relationships with other people and is linked to human skills.
It essentially shows how the manager interacts with and influences the people they are in charge of.
Central figure: Carry out social and legal duties, act as a symbolic leader in tasks
protocols.
One must cultivate humility and empathy and think about how to be a good role model.
Some example activities in this role are:
Leader: Exercises leadership for their team, their department, or perhaps for their entire organization; and is
where the performance and responsibilities of everyone in the group are managed.
Link: Managers must communicate with internal and external contacts. You must be able to
connect effectively in network on behalf of your organization.
Example: Coordinate the cross-functional teams to develop new products or lines.
