INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF
WEEKLY WORK REPORT NOTEBOOK
1. PRESENTATION.
The Weekly Work Report Notebook is a control document, in which the
student, records daily, during the week, the tasks, operations they perform in
their practical training at SENATI and in the Company.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE REPORT NOTEBOOK.
2.1 In the rotation chart, the student will record the names of the areas or sections.
for which it rotates during its practical training, specifying the start and end date.
2.2 Based on the PEA provided by the instructor, the student transcribes the PEA in the
report notebook. The student will record and monitor their progress, marking
in the corresponding column.
2.3 In the weekly report sheet, the student will register daily the tasks that
execute, indicating the corresponding time. The day of attendance at the center for the
technology sessions, will record the content that is developed. At the end of the week
will total the hours.
From the tasks carried out during the week, the student will select the most
significant and will provide a description of the execution process with diagrams and drawings
corresponding to clarify this process.
2.4 Weekly, the student will record their attendance in the corresponding boxes.
2.5 Weekly, the Monitor will review, note the observations and recommendations that
Consider; the Instructor will review and grade the Report Notebook making the
observations and recommendations that you consider appropriate, in the aspects
related to the preparation of a Technical Report (technical terms, technical drawing,
description of the task and its procedure, technical standards, safety, etc.)
2.6 If the EAP has fewer operations (151) than those indicated in this format, it can
remove some page. Also, for the report of the following weeks, it must
add the corresponding weeks.
2.7 Rating scale:
QUANTITATIVE QUALITATIVE CONDITION
16,8 – 20,0 Excellent Approved
13,7 – 16,7 Good
10.5 - 13.6 Acceptable
