Step:1 exploring interest and relevance

1. Which area of your field excites you the most (e.g., teaching methods,
technology integration, student motivation, assessment, curriculum,
etc.)?

Ans Socio-economic diversity because students not only gain knowledge


but they also are experiencing the societal diversity by working as the
part time employees and in these situations teachers and the
department should make such policies that can help those students who
are working as part time employees and which can improve students
mental health by not pressurizing them academic and work load

2. What specific problem or issue have you noticed in your classes,


school, or community that needs attention?

Ans. As my personal experience I noticed a problem , I face difficulty in


managing the academic tasks and my part-time work , like I and my
students sometimes have the exams at same time and I have les time to
prepare for my exams

3. Why do you personally care about this problem/topic?

Ans. Because I am a part time working student I have experience different


problems while working and studying

4. How is this issue relevant at the national or global level?

Ans. On national level

In Pakistan many students at university work as


parttime employees to cover their high university fee and also their
expenses

On global level
Same situation on glaobal level because lots of
students abroad also work as part time worker so they can manage their
dues and cover their expenses

Ans. University students from 7 and 8th semester who are working part
time employes in the department of education and psychology

Ans. Students of 7,8 semester working as part time employees how their
mental health is being effected by the workload and academic tasks

Ans. Effects of part time work on mental health of students

Ans. As my personal experience I want to explore through by research
that am I the only one who faces difficulties or its same with all those
who are part time employes from my research I want to help those
students that work as part time employees by suggesting some
strategies and policies to the department and teachers to help those
who are balancing between the part time work and studies

Ans. I think survey would suit my research topic

Ans. First I will refine my topic with the help of my supervisor and then
I would read some articles for gaining an insight into the topic.

Ans. I think I would face challenge in finding data because how would I
know who are working as part time employees and after that second
challenge would be analysis
19. How will you overcome these challenges?

Ans. I would take help of my teacher to find who are working as a part
time employee and make a list of them and provide them a survey

20. What timeline will you set for yourself week by week to stay on
track?

Ans. As in the fist week I would confirm all the things topics,

After that when I would start writing I would write as many pages as
possible of my articles everyday and will continue it
