Email routing in Zoho Mail:
Co-existing with other inboxes
The Email Routing setup in Zoho Mail lets you distribute
incoming and outgoing emails of your organization
between your new Zoho Mail account and a third-party
email service. Here are the two common methods of
email-routing supported by Zoho Mail:
SPLIT DELIVERY
Keep part of your organisation’s accounts running on Zoho Mail while the rest continues
to be on a different service. Supports Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Ideal for organisations looking to carry out email migrations in multiple phases—moving
a few non-essential accounts first and then the essential ones on a later stage.

run on legacy systems or a third-party service.
