MOTIVATIONAL AWARENESS COURSE PROGRAM

I. FOUNDATION:

Almost everything around us creates insecurity, doubt, and


concern. That is why it is necessary for our mind to be loaded
permanently of positive ideas and elements to counteract the environment
and the negative conditions that surround us daily, making it necessary to know and understand
apply the different existing motivational techniques that keep you satisfied
to the workers who are the reason for the institution's existence
Many people are unaware that achieving success requires a
motivation and a well-organized life plan, so that one can be prepared
to take favorable advantage of good opportunities and on the other hand, they can
develop personal potentialities and talents. Success must be achieved in the
work, in health, in human relationships, in the spiritual, and in the economic.
From the above, we can deduce that motivation on a personal level
it is as important as the motivation we can provide to our
subordinates, and it is of capital importance to know how to handle some
techniques in order to create the best environment and emotional improvement in them, having
given the stressful conditions that are currently being experienced and the type of
work and responsibility that is presented to them must respond to the following
