1. DRTC Cadre Review Present Status / ATR

•Status of DRTC Cadre Review. The case is still under consideration of Minist ry of
Finance.

•Regularization of TO ‘D’ post. The case for regularization of TO ‘D’ is under


consideration of Minist ry of Finance.

information/queries which has been replied to.
•Stenographer Cadre:- File is pending with MoF/DOE
since Mar 2020. Queries raised by MoF over telephone
have been replied to.
•Accounts Cadre:- File received back on 11 Aug 2020 with
the remarks that 63 vacant posts cannot be used for
matching saving, and the reply has been sent on 22 Sep
20.
•Vehicle Operator Cadre:- File received back with some
observation of Additional (FA) in May 2020. The matter
was discussed with JCM members in Jun 2020 and they
were requested to give their suggestions/inputs on the
modified proposed cadre strength. No inputs from JCM
members have been received till date.

12. Settlement of LTC- •One time relaxation for 35 claims has been granted by DOP&T.

DD(R&D) on 21.04.2020 for approval however the same were returned
with some observations. These 112 claims (DMRL-99, RCI-12 & CABS-1)
were returned to the concerned labs on 1f1 Sep 2020 for resubmission
after re-examining the proposals in the light of fare limit of LTC-80 and
other LTC conditions prevalent at the time of performance of journey
by the Govt Servant, and after clarifying the observations.
