REASON FOR ISSUE :
We have updated some information regarding the “Kubota Certification Program” as of
February 2025. The main updates are as follows:
- The requirement for having more than one year of Kubota experience to take
the entry level exam has been removed (slide 5 of 20, title "Overview of Kubota
Certification Program").
- Information about the companies that sell only CE products has been added
(slide 8 of 20, title "Certification Products" and 12 of 20, title "Advanced Level
Courses ★★ (1/7)").

■ IMPORTANT REMINDER
● As previously announced on slide 9 of 20, title "Certification Prerequisites", starting in
January 2025, entry level certification will be MANDATORY for all staff participating in
Instructor-Led Training conducted by manufacturing companies.
● Non-certified individuals will be observers and will not be allowed to participate in any
hands-on activities, ask questions, or take part in any tests or questionnaires.

To maximize the quality (efficiency and productivity) of new product training by ensuring
that staff in both sales and manufacturing companies possess the necessary knowledge
and skills.
To effectively convey the essential knowledge and skills related to new product training
to those who need them by enhancing the training capabilities of staff in sales
companies.

The target person of this program:


1. Training staff in the sales companies and manufacturing companies
2. Other service staff in the sales companies (e.g. Field service, Technical support, etc.)
3. Other department staff in the sales companies (e.g. Parts, QA, Sales, etc.)

1. Access the Kubota LMS (Learning Management System).

2. Click the "Initiatives" at the left side, or click the "SELF" → "Initiatives" on the website
header. Then you can see the active product courses at "MY OWNED INITIATIVES".
3. When you click the specific product icon, you can see the entry level curriculum for that
product course.

Concerns of Current Training (1/2)
Regarding KBT’s Instructor-Led Training (ILT), for example, new product training, it has been brought to our attention that there are
several
concerns as shown in (1) to (4) below.

(1)There are variances in the knowledge and skill levels of KBT instructors, which are not standardized at a high level.
(2)There are variances in the knowledge and skill levels of SC staff.

As a result, the quality (efficiency and productivity) of new product training is occasionally not maximized.

Main target: Training staff in sales companies and manufacturing companies (including KBT instructors)
Language: English (both e-Learning and ILT contents)
Effect: This certification will be a prerequisite for participating in the KBT’s ILT. (details are in later slides)

Service - Knowledge: Fundamental (organizational structure, maintenance, safety, hydraulic, electrical, diagnostic tools, engines, products)

The prerequisite for participating in the KBT’s ILT will be below. There are 4 important points.
