• Use Current fluid program as the base for the casing pack and bring the
funnel viscosity up to 60 seconds. You can also introduce SMD PSH in
addition to the filtration control.
• Add pre-hydrated SMD PLUG to the mix at a concentration of
0.8kg/1000lt
• Calculate the pipe volume to leave approximately 1m of fluid inside the
casing.
