Senior Front-End Developer

Client has a course management and adaptive learning solution that enables millions of learners to
achieve their full potential. In this role, you will be expanding this system to put new learning tools
in the hands of instructors and learners.

In this role, you will be the linchpin of the product – the technical expert for the product, sales,
marketing and business teams and the product expert for the technical teams. By combining
intimate knowledge of customers, strong analytical skills, and technical acumen, you will drive a
holistic product vision that energizes your teammates and delights your customers.

What you'll need to be successful?


• Product engineering background to support development of B2B and B2C products
• Experience building responsive, accessible and high-performance web-based products
• Ability and desire to work in various layers of software stack (front end, backend and database)
• Experience with one or more observability platforms to monitor health of the products
• Cloud native development experience
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Willingness to own the quality of your code and products

What you'll be doing?


• Build web based responsive learning tools that will be used by millions of learners and educators
• Work with engineers, product managers, designers, sales and marketing managers to build
products that the customers love to use
• Be responsible for end-to-end delivery (tech design, development and testing) and maintenance of
our products
• Work with a talented group of engineers who believe in extreme ownership

Technical stack:
• 6+ years front end design/development.
• Strong Hands-on Experience with UI, CSS and/or JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Experience with modern HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+) and CSS3.
• Strong experience with Playwright Automation framework.
• Experience with RESTFUL and asynchronous programming.
• Experience working on NodeJS.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design Principles.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline, experience in GitHub Actions will be preferred.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience in Java / J2EE Technologies.
• Experience in micro services and cloud native applications using Spring Boot.
• Experience with working on Databases, SQLs.
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Advanced or fluent English is a must.
