2. If you have genuine need (e.g. have no local bank account or received a NLS cheque for tuition fee
payment) to pay by CHEQUE OR CASH, you may present this A4 size debit note/bank-in slip to a Hang
Seng bank counter for process.
For cheque payment: a. The cheque should be crossed and drawn in favour of
"THE HONG KONG POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY".
b. The Debit Note number should be marked on the back of the cheque.

After payment, please check the Customer Copy of HKD ACCOUNT DEPOSIT FORM presented by the
bank for:
(i) bank account number, (ii) debit note number and (iii) paid amount.
The debit note status will be updated to "paid" by system in 2 working days after payment and the ATM
receipt or the Customer Copy of Deposit Form can be retained as instantaneous proof of payment.
