iii. Then fill the Student’s Details, Parent/ Guardian Details.
iv. Then come to College and Course Details.
 Under this category first click on Select State under State in which college is
based option and select the state (West Bengal).
 Then click on Select College under College Name option and select the
college (Eminent College of Pharmaceutical Technology).
 Then type Director Name (Dr. Surajit Goon).
 Then type College Phone Number (8420430756).
 Then select the Course Details under Details of The Course
(UG/PG/Diploma) option (For [Link] click on Diploma and for
[Link] click on UG).
 Then type Name of The Course (e.g. [Link]/[Link]).
 Then type Number of Students in Your Class (100).
 Then type Current Year of Study (1).
 Then type Nearest Police station to your college (Duttapukur).
v. Then click on all Check box under UGC Regulations.
vi. Then fill up the Confidential Survey (Type National Anti-Ragging helpline number-
1800-180-5522) .
