IFVG

The criteria to use IFVG:

1. Price action 2. Choice of TF 3. where to get in

1. If The MMXM in leftside is 1. The failure rate of IFVG in

1. Price Action
1. If The MMXM in leftside is done ( the signal of the completeness of a MMXM : original range + at least 2
times expansion phases)
2. There are many failure swing liquidity left untouched in left side.
3. The FVG formed during the liquidity sweeping is reversed.

Ex1: the right IFVG to take a trade:

Ex2: the failed IFVG :

It has all criteria except about failure swings : we see london made a high swept the range of ASIA , so it is a liquidity
sweep but an original
range , after this high ,
market didn’t make range
around this high to form an
original range , it has 2
expansion towards to the
liquidity target , but the
liquidity has been swept out
, so market shall not has
desire to go up again. It has
more desire to go down to
get more liquidity lying
below, not just the internal
liquidity in this FVG. So this
IFVG we should filter out of
our trade.

Later we see how it plays

out:
2. Choice of TF
4. The failure rate of IFVG in 1m TF is very high especially if it is in a consolidation phase.
5. 3m, 5m, 15m IFVG could be used for confirming reversal and entry.
6. Under the same TF the ifvg formed by the consecutive candles without reversed directional candles in them
or one big single candle

Ex. :

1m chart IFVG confirmed which meet all criteria of “Price

action”. But it didn’t last long , we get sl later.

Why ? let get into 3m to check it : in 3m TF it just

retraced into the FVG to fill it up , it didn’t reverse
it into IFVG. So it continue dropping.

when this 3m fvg becomes IFVG , we enter and it climbs

up.

We cannot confirm the IFVG in 1m is reversal . especially

when there are consecutive bearish candles in left side.
We need higher TF IFVG ,3m even 5m.
3. The place where you get in
1. Enter after a 1m IFVG formed directly ( it is a more aggressive choice when you are confident in this
place and precise about the DOL, with this entry you get better price , smaller sl and good rr)
2. Enter at the 0.5 of the body of the candle who formed the IFVG in 3m tf or higher tf. ( a more
conservative choice)

ex:

enter at the 0.5 of the body part of the candle

who formed the IFVG . Sl at the low of this candle
wick. Tp at the original range liquidity level.
