 Deadline – October 2, 2025 – 12 NN
 General requirements
o Prepare Electrical Plan system and specifications for approved
plan. Floor plan should be provided by the student and to be
approved by the faculty in charge.
o At least 1 bedroom should be air-conditioned (any type). Specify
the requirements rating of ACU (Ask someone, preferably ME for
the best suited ac)
o Include single point (isa lang naka attach sa heater) water heater
for all toilet/bathrooms. Exclude powder rooms. Specify the
required rating of water heater.
o Electrical Range should be included if found in the approved
floorplan. If not, include appropriate cook stove. Specify required
rating of electric range/cook stove.
o Abbreviation:
 P – pantry
 D – dryer
 W – washer
 WIC – walk-in closet
 DW – dishwasher
o All appliances, shown on floorplan shall be found upon checking.
o Short circuit analysis and voltage drop calculation shall be
excluded in the design analysis.
Service shall be single phase, 230 V, 2-wire, 60 Hz.
o Include all panel in the design in your single line diagram.
o Include façade lighting in your lighting layout
o Electrical plan shall be drawn in tracing paper and to be
submitted in blueprint. Use 500x700 mm drawing sheet size. One
sheet for lighting layout, and power layout. Separate sheet is
also acceptable
o Specification of all electrical appliances, lighting fixtures, wiring
service wires and cables, etc (kase di ko nasulat lahat ata) should
be on separate paper (long bond paper)
o Blueprints, specification sheet (including electric
appliance/equipment, lighting calculation, cost estimate, and
copy of approved Floorplan, fastened securely) in an expanded
envelop folder, blue, on October 2, 202
