Internal findings;
Neck and neck;
Findings on opening the scalp, skull, meninges and the brain and the skin of the neck, muscles,
cartilages, bones and neck structures. Mention negative/absent relevant findings.
Thorax;
Internal findings on opening the chest cavity; from under the skin, intercostal muscles, ribs, thoracic
vertebra, lungs, lung vessels, diaphragm, pericardiac sac, heart, the great vessels. Mention relevant
negatives.
Postmortem Report

Findings on opening the abdomen and pelvic cavities. Describe the soft tissue of the cavities; skin
muscles, bones; lumbar vertebrae and pelvis. Describe the stomach and its content. The liver, gall
bladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands, bowel, urinary bladder, prostate/uterus
