Activity: Label the following parts of skeletal and muscular system of the body.

Activity: Answer the following.

1. Are you tired? or thirsty?

ANWER: I’m tired and thirsty at the same time. I’m tired because I was enduring the pain
and thirsty because It felt like my throat was dry.

2. Does your body temperature changed?


ANSWER: Yes, maybe because of the intensity on my abdomen when my knees reached
my chest and then lifted my head.

3. What are the movements you used?

ANSWER: Bending, Curling, Circling, Pulling, Stretching, Swaying, Running and Walking

4. Which other reactions did you feel like faster breathing, sweltering, warming up,
etc.?

ANSWER: Sweltering, mild pain on the sides of my neck, stretched the muscles on my
thighs.

5. What part of your body developed after you perform the activities?

ANSWER: Abdomen, Thighs and Legs, Hips and my lower back
