artificial intelligence (AI) has been analysed as an application towards smart manufacturing
(e.g. Marketing 4.0). Structures and ecosystems. According to the development of advanced
technology, technology and skills must be used well and efficiently. This can be achieved by
combining traditional production and operations with the latest technological advances
involving both hardware and software technologies. This article discusses various smart
industries based on artificial intelligence and their designs and technologies based on the
integration of artificial intelligence with production and communication. Additionally,
intelligence-based manufacturing applications, applications and current developments in smart
manufacturing are also discussed.
1. Introduction
Manufacturers have set specific standards to ensure that products are made well to meet
replacement needs. This requires taking advantage of new engineering standards that are
constantly emerging. The growth and progress of this new hardware is associated with the
improvement of the economic level of many systems. Transforming the production process and
technology at the current enterprise level into technology and construction quality is possible
only by connecting with trends to improve the algorithm. To date, the world economy has gone
through four major phases of change. The first industrial revolution began in the late 18th
century when machines based on electrical energy could be used in industrial environments.
The second economic revolution the world experienced took place at the end of the 19th
century. During the industrial revolution, electricity was used to power the new energy known
as mass production. Artificial Intelligence (AI), cyber-physical systems (CPS) and machine
learning (ML) are now referred to as the fourth revolution called Industry 4.0. Photograph.
Figure 1 shows the evolution of the smart business revolution from 1860 to the present. In the
CPS system, information is captured and sent to the cloud machine, allowing the machine to
connect immediately and receive new solutions. This technology provides further improvement
over traditional manufacturing and operations where some parts must be selected before
operation or operation. Parameter selection is affected by program and process constraints. Its
choice depends on the operator's experience with the machine, trial and error, and the
availability of processing manuals containing standard procedures. Today's technology focuses
on quality design, which will ultimately reduce the efficiency of the manufacturing process and
limit “Removable Materials (MRR)”.
In addition, machining is considered a complex, advanced and dynamic process. Therefore,
even experienced workers may take a long time to identify solutions for this machining process.

2. Optimizing and modelling algorithms in intelligent systems
Completing the job requires proper management and selection of essentials, including cutting
and non-working tools. By optimizing parameter selection, processing time and energy
consumption can be reduced.
According to, the metal cutting process problem is divided into optimization and model design.
These categories include nonlinear neural network (ANN), horizontal linear model (LRM), and
fuzzy theory (FT). These modelling techniques are designed and used to establish relationships
between system input and output parameters. some advantages and disadvantages of the above-

2.2 Intelligent system processes – from hardware perspective
In recent years, many new methods have been proposed to control and monitor the machining
process. Similarly, combining sensors with cutting tools aims to create a creative system of
intelligent and intelligent cutting tools. Analysis and guidance. This model uses an
accelerometer mounted on the spindle head and uses a sensor to calculate the force in the
cutting tool direction. From this application, a signal processing system independent of the
device path and the transducer can be created. The clamp concept uses improved piezoelectric
actuators with larger bandwidth. In this process, accelerometers are used to determine the use
of vibrations in millions of runs and to detect whether it is occurring. Using the proposed
algorithm, the milling vibration of the axial depth of cut is reduced by 77%, which proves that

3. Artificial intelligence (AI) integrated with intelligent manufacturing (IM)
There are two groups of areas that are expanded and discussed in information science. These
are Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Intelligence (NI). Artificial intelligence is an
important branch of intelligence and intelligence. It has been proven to be a new technology In
this way, intelligent research, information and communication technology (ICT), production,
management design, engineering process-based technology are integrated into the
manufactured product. The design lifecycle uses cognitive thinking, collaboration, connection,
learning, knowledge, analysis, decision-making, and environmental information to support
optimization and integration of various aspects of the production team. This makes it easier to
produce, provides customers with good, efficient, effective and environmentally friendly
services, and also increases the commercial competitiveness of the production group. The most
important legacy is a chess computer program called Deep Blue, made by IBM. Another
example of smart technology in manufacturing is the Honda ASIMO robot made in 2005. It is
the first robot that can move and navigate smoothly in the environment. It can climb stairs.
Moreover, it is taught by humans. Computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), object
recognition, machine learning, and gesture control are needed at runtime to build this robot.
can be played in Go using Monte Carlo based algorithms with support learning, cloud
computing and DL-NN for decision making. Continuing from the previous article, AlphaGo is
more powerful than AlphaGo. Piloting or testing, intelligent design or intelligent design.
3.1 The architecture of intelligent manufacturing (IM) mechanism
AI and ML are integrated with IM through IM systems. Autonomous sensing, decision making,
human-machine integration, information, environment, information and the life cycle of the
entire system are the characteristics of IM systems.
No network, cloud service and security management. Figure 4 shows the flowchart of each
process.
3.2 New means, model, and form of AI for IM
• New meaning: Smart man-machine combines smart manufacturing with the Internet of
Things (IoT), digitalization, virtualization, flexibility and customization.
• Improve production processes and provide customer service. It will create an IM
environment as shown in Figure 5 below.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) has supported the success of new processes, new models
and new trends in technology and smart architecture producing.
3.3 Examples of artificial intelligence (AI) in manufacturing
Artificial intelligence has greatly benefited from the use of machine learning models and
techniques in manufacturing to design and build intelligent manufacturing (IM) systems. One
example of this is human-robot collaboration (HRC). In this case, after using appropriate
machine learning algorithms and models, data will be shared or transferred to information from
field devices and sensors. Then turn knowledge into action with HRC's unique decision-making
model. Therefore, people can work with robots under suitable conditions. Robots, on the other
hand, will like the idea of predicting future human behaviour and will therefore help provide
services on-site when needed.
producing. The robots are driven and controlled by the brainwaves of smart and skilled workers.
In this case, the development of the brain is achieved not by following the data-information
function, but by mapping the human brain and giving commands to the human with appropriate
training. For this procedure, a 14-channel EMOTIV device is used to receive signals from
human brain waves. Similar commands are sent to the robot controller after the signal to
complete the transfer process is completed.
4. Evolution of AI application in IM
The application of the assessment of intelligence in the field of IM can be evaluated from three
simple aspects: the use of technology, the use of influence and the final structure. Programs
and business development, performance and level are evaluated. debugging, security,
management, design and production) for evaluation. Assessing the impact of implementation
should give more information to changes in competition, financial aid and social services that
may affect the impact of SMS.
4.1 Challanges and opportunities
Artificial intelligence and new IT-enabled technologies such as big data analysis, cloud
computing, internet of things, 5G and mobile Internet have brought great time to Platform >
Smart Manufacturing. These tools and technologies facilitate real-time information sharing,
KDD (knowledge discovery) and decision-making processes in IM as follows:
• The Internet of Things enables better and improved connectivity among the field It
enables equipment and machines to collect data instantly. Information, show
information immediately Identifying important information and patterns hidden within
information, then converting them into important information, which is then converted
into knowledge.
• For example, big time on IM platforms may include Remote Based Instant control and
monitoring with cheap latency. In addition, soon IM will be greatly improving
advantage of all the above technologies at different times: Within 5 years, better vertical
and horizontal integration can adjust the automation environment Difference between
mobile Internet and mobile Internet IoT by 80% reduced.
• New models, new models and new smart production models. Today’s products:
Operation 6 In the next decade, the knowledge-driven work of smart manufacturing
will transform into a single data-driven work supported by existing knowledge, namely
big data and cloud computing. Open jobs. However, the uncertainty and complexity of
the manufacturing process will be the main problem of smart manufacturing in the next
few years.
• Artificial intelligence algorithms and techniques (such as ML and DL) can solve such
problems. For example, deep learning can be used to better understand the
manufacturing environment. At the same time, it can also accurately predict future
difficulties or failures before they occur in production, which will ultimately reduce the
entire system to error-free smart processing/machinery.
• Another challenge in smart automation is to create a safe HRC with human intervention
through robots. Such human-machine collaboration is especially important and useful
in assembly line manufacturing, where deep learning can help create smart robots that
assist humans in their work. This will enable people to "understand the essence" of
human security.

and the use of artificial intelligence in smart manufacturing. This article discusses IM from
both software and hardware perspectives. From a software perspective, optimization and
modelling technologies of smart manufacturing are described, including intelligent planning,
planning, operations and optimization. At the same time, cutting tools and control methods are
explained from a hardware perspective. These tools and techniques include monitoring tools
and process improvements as well as mitigation tools. New construction. This review discusses
research gaps, promising technologies, and some AI-based applications in smart manufacturing,

5.1 Future work
An important issue that is not discussed in the literature is the issue of safety in future studies.
Due to its connection with artificial intelligence and machine learning smart manufacturing
processes will be disrupted. All these devices will be connected to the internet. Therefore,
external malware attacks, such as sabotage and hacking, can disrupt and disrupt production by
spreading fake sensor data. > Intelligence-based algorithms such as deep learning models are
sensitive to trivial changes in input data that may be created by hackers or hackers themselves.
The security problems of smart production need to be solved together with artificial intelligence
and machine learning algorithms. More importantly, it will take time to develop secure machine
learning algorithms and models that can reduce the negative impact of information on smart
working and productivity.
