Dear Pastor,

RE: INVITATION TO THE 13TH ANNUAL MOI UNIVERSITY TEENS AND SUNDAY SCHOOL CONFERENCE

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is our hope that you are well and kept of the Lord as you
labor in His vineyard.

We would like to invite your teenagers and Sunday school children to our annual Conference which will be
held from 10th to 16th November 2025. The conference will take place at the Chapel at Worship Centre
grounds.

We request you to support your children with Ksh. 500 per child to help cater for teaching materials,lunch
and refreshments for the entire period of the [Link],the transport costs for every child will be
catered for by their parents.

This year's conference will be facilitated by the Scripture Union [Link] children will be expected to report
at 8am everyday and leave at 4pm in the evening. We promise you growth and enlightenment for your
children in this period as the Bible says in Proverbs 6:22 - Train up a child in the way he should go and when
he is old,he will not depart from [Link] look forward to your response and participation.

Please confirm your attendance by 2nd November 2025 for proper planning.
