ABSTRACT
The Feedback Sentiment Analyzer is a mini project designed to automatically evaluate
and classify user feedback or reviews into different sentiment categories such as positive,
negative, or neutral. In today’s digital era, organizations receive a large volume of textual
feedback from customers, students, or users, making manual analysis time-consuming and
prone to human bias.
This system leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning
techniques to understand the emotions behind the text. It pre-processes the input data,
extracts relevant features using methods like tokenization and vectorization, and applies a
sentiment classification algorithm (such as Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, or a pre-
trained model).
The project provides a simple and user-friendly interface where users can enter feedback
and instantly view the sentiment result. This helps organizations gain insights into public
opinion, improve service quality, and make data-driven decisions.
In essence, the Feedback Sentiment Analyzer serves as an intelligent tool for
transforming raw feedback into actionable insights, saving time and enhancing overall
decision-making efficiency.
