Manager – Learning Design & Execution

Role Overview
This role leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning
initiatives that enhance performance, capabilities, and leadership readiness
across stores and Head Office. The incumbent will architect learning
journeys, drive competency-based interventions, and enable skill
development programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and
organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement structured learning paths across functional and
leadership levels.
Develop and drive competency and skill-based programs aligned to
business needs for both for retail stores & HO functions.
Curate, design, and deliver behavioral and leadership development
programs, such as emerging leader, manager, and career transition
journeys.
Partner with business heads, critical functions and regional trainers to
ensure seamless execution of learning and engagement initiatives
across geographies.
Support in assessment and development centers to identify high-
potential talent and lead programs that aid in succession readiness.
Build and execute change management and organizational
development interventions supporting transformation goals.
Leverage LMS platforms to create, manage, and promote self-paced
learning content for scalable adoption.
Monitor impact and learning effectiveness through analytics, feedback,
and skill progression metrics.
Nurture a culture of learning engagement, recognition, and
performance enablement across employee segments.

Desired Skills & Competencies
Expertise in instructional design and facilitation of behavioral and
leadership programs.
Strong understanding of competency frameworks, learning needs
analysis, and adult learning principles.
Proven track record in executing pan-India learning projects with cross-
functional collaboration.
Proficiency in LMS administration, analytics, and digital learning tools.
High influencing ability, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven
program management.
Experience in OD and change management interventions will be an
added advantage.
Qualification & Experience
Master’s or Postgraduate degree in HR / Psychology / Learning &
Development / OD.
7-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3–4
years in delivering soft skills & leadership program
Experience in Gems & Jewellery /Retail / Luxury sectors preferred.
