● Monitoring and troubleshooting the network performance to ensure minimum


downtime and maximum availability of network.

● Responsible for Configuration and installation of LAN/WAN routers, switches, and


bridges

● Managed IP addressing and implemented IP Access Lists.

● Switching Protocols such as: Vlans, Intervlan Routing, VTP, DTP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP,
STP, RSTP, PVST+, MSTP and switching security methods such as Port-security, DAI,
DHCP Snooping and Private Vlan.

● Good knowledge about the network security protocols and applications such as:
ACLs, NAT, PAT.

● Monitored and performed network TCP/IP troubleshooting.


● Administered traffic filters using standard, extended access lists, distribution lists as
well as the route maps.
● Routing methods- Static routing, Default Routing and Dynamic Routing Protocol
RIPV1, RIPV2, OSPF, BGP and EIGRP
