Pili East District with 7 years and 3 months teaching experience in DepEd, a graduate of Bachelor of
Elementary Education.
In line with the Division Memorandum No.410, s. 2025. Announced by the Schools Division
Office of Camarines Sur on the Reclassification of Teaching and School Principal Positions pursuant to
DepEd Order No. 024, s. 2025. I am writing this letter to show my intent and willingness to apply for
the reclassification of my current position as Teacher I to Teacher IV.
And if given the opportunity, I promise to do my best to uphold the duties and responsibilities
for the Teacher IV position.
For further information, attached herewith are my PDS, transcript of records, certificate of
training and seminars, PRC license and other pertinent papers for your review and evaluation. I am
willing to come for an interview at a convenient time.

I'm hoping you'll consider me for the available position. I look forward to your thoughtful
