Today, we will talk about how we can protect our environment.
Now, let’s meet our interviewer, Long Khoa, and our two special guests, Hoàng Lâm and
Dương Phạm.
Interviewer (Long Khoa):
Hello, everyone! Thank you for joining us today.
Hoàng Lâm and Dương Phạm, can you tell us a little about yourselves?
Guest 1 (Hoàng Lâm):
Hi, Long Khoa. I’m Hoàng Lâm, a student at Sunshine High School. I really care about
nature and clean air.
Guest 2 (Dương Phạm):
Hello! I’m Dương Phạm. I work at an environmental organization that helps people recycle
and reduce waste.
Interviewer (Long Khoa):
That’s great! So, Hoàng Lâm, what do you think is the biggest problem with the environment
today?
Guest 1 (Hoàng Lâm):
I think the biggest problem is plastic waste. People use too many plastic bags and bottles,
and they throw them away everywhere.
Interviewer (Long Khoa):
Yes, that’s true. Dương Phạm, what do you think we can do to help?
Guest 2 (Dương Phạm):
We can start with small actions — use reusable bags, bottles, and boxes.
We can also plant trees and save water every day.
Interviewer (Long Khoa):
Good ideas! Hoàng Lâm, what can students like you do to protect the environment?
Guest 1 (Hoàng Lâm):
Students can join clean-up days, recycle paper, and turn off lights when not needed.
We can also tell our friends to care more about the Earth.
Interviewer (Long Khoa):
Wonderful! Finally, Dương Phạm, what message would you like to give to everyone?
Guest 2 (Dương Phạm):
I want to say: “The Earth is our home. If we take care of it, it will take care of us.”
