Soldier-Style Daily Routine

This routine is designed to break comfort and build discipline. Follow it daily with strict timing and no
excuses.

Morning (zero excuses)

• 0500 hrs – Wake up. No snooze button, no scrolling.

• 0510 – Cold water splash or shower. Wake the system.

• 0520–0600 – Physical training: push-ups, sit-ups, squats, sprints.

• 0600–0630 – Breakfast: clean and simple (eggs, oats, fruit).

Daytime (discipline over comfort)

• Morning study/work – Two focused hours. No distractions.

• 1100–1200 – Physical challenge round two: run, box, lift.

• 1200–1300 – Lunch: balanced, controlled portions.

Afternoon (mental toughness)

• 1400–1600 – Skill building or reading. Push into confusion.

• 1600–1700 – Teamwork: train, debate, or group work.

Evening (last strike)

• 1800–1830 – Final workout: endurance, long march, shadowboxing.

• 1900–2000 – Dinner: light, controlled portions.

• 2000–2100 – Review the day: write wins and failures.

• 2130–2200 – Lights out. Sleep fuels discipline.
