up
the first thing I do in my day is get up at 6 am, and stretch
to be able to start my day with a lot of energy, although
many times it can be difficult to get out of bed, but the key
to success is to start the day with disposition and attitude
after waking up and stretching, I proceed to get up
I bathe and brush
then I get up and I'm going to brush myself and then go get the clothes of the day
ready, to finally go to bathe
Although it can be difficult to bathe so early with cold water, for me it is not an
adversity, since everything is a matter of habit
get dressed and go
to work
after bathing, I get dressed and go to work, have a coffee and leave
my house
My current job is in the field collecting coffee, so I take my tools
with me, I mean, the so-called jar to collect coffee. then I go to
the coffee plantation to start collecting.
coffee harvesting is a simple thing, it is just collecting the most
mature beans and leaving the green ones is something very
simple
meal times
usually in my region you have breakfast at 8 am, have lunch at 12
pm, and have dinner at 5 pm, therefore at those times I go to my
house to eat.
in the field in all homes they are very modest to offer food, since
the work during the day is a bit complicated, so energy must be
restored
after leaving work
after leaving the job at 5 pm, I take a bath to study, since I am studying remotely at SENA,
I start doing my technician's work until 7 pm.
although on many occasions it takes a little longer because in many times the jobs are
much longer, but nothing of the other world.
physical activity and
exercise
At night just after finishing my studies, I do an exercise routine, until 8:30, I love exercise
since it is very healthy and helps us
to take our body to sensational levels, whether physical or internal. then I watch movies
or series on tv to kill boredom
bedtime
After looking for a while tv and looking at my cell phone, around
10 or 10:30 pm I decide to fall asleep to rest since the next day a
new adventure awaits me since in the field every day they are
different and different jobs are done therefore there is no way to
get bored, so living in the country makes me very happy
