ISAS Integrated Bag Removal The ISAS is located directly under the filling spout. The ISAS
System closes the bag mouth after filling. The ISAS transfers and takes
the top bag area out of the machine in a controlled manner.

ACC Accelerator belt The ACC is located under the ISAS and the filling spout. The
filled bag is placed on the ACC during, or immediately after,
filling and transferred out of the machine.

Pulses (pulse) Depending on the machine type, one or two "zero resets" are built into the grid bar guides all around
the sides. In addition, the speed pulses are absorbed by the grid drive. "Pulse"-based positions
&
process these data on the basis of their parameters.

1 Attention!
Select the values outside the ranges "interlock LOWER singling suction device"!
Otherwise the single suction devices collide with the grid rods.
(» SEE PARAMETERS #811.2 – PART 3 SYSTEM)
Defines the range where the singling suction device can be
lowered in the magazine. In doing so the pulse counting of the
grid is referenced.
2 Value valid from signal: "lower singling suction device":
Defines with what delay the vacuum begins in the singling suction
devices.
3 Defines how long this command is performed.
4 (The singling suction devices reach their basic position in the top position.
Value valid from signal: "vacuum on suction devices OK"
Defines with what delay the singling suction devices can be
lowered.
Example: At 00.000 seconds the singling suction devices are lowered again immediately.
5 Defines the position of the grid where the vacuum of the
singling suction device ends.
At this position the bag is transferred to the chain grid.
