Scene 1
Narrator:
Far away from the bright land of Auradon lies a dark island — *The Isle of the Lost.*
Here live the children of the most feared villains.
But today, something is about to change.
Maleficent: My dear Mal, Auradon has opened its gates to us.
You and your friends will go — not for peace, but for power.
Mal: Power? Or prison with sparkles?
Maleficent:(snarls) Bring me the Fairy Godmother’s wand, and we shall rule both worlds!
Cruella: (to Carlos) Don’t forget, darling — keep away from those shiny good kids!
Carlos: (sighs) Yes, Mother…
Jafar: (to Jay) Make me proud, son. Steal something *royal.*
Jay: (laughs) You got it, Dad.
Evie: maybe I’ll find my prince!
Maleficent: Dream later, Evie. Work now. Go!
*(Villain parents cackle as the kids exit toward a bright light.)*
Narrator:
And so, the four villain kids — Mal, Evie, Jay, and Carlos — leave their gloomy island behind…
heading toward the land of heroes.
Scene 2
Narrator: Meanwhile, in Auradon Prep, the kind and hopeful Prince Ben prepares to welcome the
new students.
Ben: Auradon welcomes everyone — even kids from the Isle of the Lost!
Audrey: (skeptical) Even villains’ kids? This is so not a fairy tale ending.
Ben: Hi! You must be Mal, Evie, Jay, and Carlos. Welcome to Auradon!
Mal: (smirks) Thanks… King Ben, right?
Ben: (laughs) Yeah, but you can just call me Ben.
Audrey: (whispers) I’ll just call you evil.
Evie: (smiling sweetly) Love your crown, Audrey! So sparkly.
Audrey: (fake smile) Thanks. Yours is… different.
Evie: That’s called style.
Carlos: This place is so clean… no rats, no dirt… no dogs!
Jay: (pointing at a golden trophy) I bet that’s worth a fortune.
Ben: (laughing) Or you could leave it right where it is.
Narrator: Though different in every way, the kids begin to see that Auradon might not be so bad
after all.
Scene 3 – The Magic Classroom
(Mystical background. A glowing wand sits on a stand.)
Narrator: But temptation is never far away.
In the magic room, the Fairy Godmother’s wand waits — shining, powerful… and dangerous.
Evie:(whispers) There it is — the wand. All we have to do is grab it.
Jay: Easy job. In and out.
Carlos: Are we really stealing it?
Mal: (looks torn) My mom expects me to. But… I don’t know.
*(Ben walks in quietly.)*
Ben: Mal? What are you doing here?
Mal: (defensive) Nothing! Just… studying?
Ben: (smiling kindly) You don’t have to pretend. You’re not like your mom.
Mal: (surprised) How do you know that?
Ben:Because I see you, not your name.
Everyone deserves a chance to choose good.
Narrator: For the first time in her life, Mal begins to wonder what if she doesn’t want to be bad
anymore?
The next day, all of Auradon gathers for Ben’s coronation. But someone else is watching… and
waiting.
*(Maleficent appears in smoky light at the back of the stage.)*
Ben: Today we celebrate peace — between good and evil.
Maleficent: (voice echoing) Take it, my daughter! The power is yours!
Mal: (startled) Mother?!
Evie: Mal, don’t! You don’t have to do this!
Carlos: We’re your friends. You can choose.
Jay: Yeah, prove we’re more than villains!
Maleficent: You dare betray me? You were born for darkness!
Ben: No — she was born for greatness!
Mal: (steps forward) You’re wrong, Mother. I’m not your shadow.
I choose good. I choose love.
*(She lifts her hand. A bright purple and gold light fills the stage. Maleficent, Cruella, and Jafar cover
their faces and vanish)
Narrator: With courage and friendship, Mal breaks her mother’s spell —
and for the first time, light shines over both worlds.
Scene 5 – Celebration (Finale)
(Bright lights. Students cheer. Ben steps forward, smiling.)
Ben:
Let’s hear it for the heroes of Auradon and the kids who proved that good can come from anywhere!
Narrator: And from that day on, Auradon and the Isle were no longer divided —
because good or bad, every heart deserves a second chance.
