ANNOTATION3
I unfailingly and regularly give feedback about the
learners’ weaknesses and academic progress to parents
and guardians through meetings, conferences, and
written reports. These timely updates is done to make
sure that parents, and guardians were well-informed
about the learners’ strengths and weaknesses.
By giving timely and accurate feedback, I was able to
create harmonious relationship with parents and
guardians as active partners in supporting the learners’
growth and improvement. Their involvement paved the
way for shared responsibility in addressing challenges
and reinforcing learning at home.
This practice promoted trust and participation between
the school, stakeholders and community. It emphasized
the importance of open communication in helping
learners toward continuous progress, achievement and
better teaching-learning outcomes.
