Java Developers, helping us build scalable, secure, and next-gen fintech solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Trainee Java Developer, you will be part of an agile engineering team responsible for
developing high-performance applications and APIs. This is an excellent opportunity for recent
graduates looking to grow their career in enterprise software and digital banking.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend applications​

●​ Work with team leads on project design, architecture, and module development​

●​ Write clean, modular, and well-documented code​

●​ Participate in peer reviews and adopt software best practices​

●​ Debug and troubleshoot application issues​

●​ Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development techniques​


Required Skills:

●​ Solid understanding of Core Java and OOPs concepts​

●​ Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks (basic exposure is a plus)​

●​ Good command over SQL and database fundamentals​

●​ Problem-solving ability and logical thinking​

●​ Strong communication and interpersonal skills​

●​ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment​

Eligibility Criteria:

●​ Education: B.E. / [Link] in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related streams​

●​ Batch: 2024 pass-outs or recent graduates (0–1 year of experience)​

●​ Must be available to join full-time immediately upon selection​
