Life is super confusing if you don’t know your true self. It’s the most valuable thing you can have. More
valuable than magic powers, more valuable than all the money in the world.
The “know thyself” adage pops up regularly, so much so that it can become easy to dismiss it as a cliché.
Familiarity breeds complacency. I would often read it and think to myself “yeah, I know who I am” and
then continue with my day. But I didn’t know myself, I didn’t even understand what those words meant.
It’s not a matter of failing to understand your intentions or desires, it means literally that you think
you’re something completely different — like a kangaroo believing it’s a leaf.
Don’t take this as an exaggerated metaphor and think that a kangaroo is just a special type of leaf.
Kangaroos and leaves don’t even have anything in common. If it were indeed true that a kangaroo could
believe it were a leaf, understanding this fact would be of utmost significance. It would be impossible to
lead your life as a kangaroo that believes itself to be a leaf, as nothing would make sense, and every
attempt to do the right thing would fail disastrously.
The importance of knowing oneself is understood only in the context of being able to entirely lose the
self, which is why I had previously not understood what it meant — because I didn’t comprehend that
my consciousness could inhabit another character that has its own agenda, beliefs, intentions, opinions,
and feelings that are not mine at all.
That is the belief you will need to “try on” for this article. Try on the belief that the thing that you think
you are is a fictional character that has been put on you. Then from that position, see if you can locate
within you the lost identity that is your true self, the faint memories of being something else. See if this
belief makes more sense of the world, and if it reveals an actionable way forward.
Your true self is your soul — the essence of who you are. You are not your body, nor are you spirit. You
are your soul.
The false self, also known as the ego, is like a dense fog that covers you and controls you. For many
people, this is entirely convincing, as they fail to recognize that a spirit is akin to a belief — if you wear it,
you become it, you will feel what it feels and hear its thoughts.
The true self is that small voice that whispers for you to follow your heart. That’s sad when you betray
yourself. It’s the part of you that secretly loves to dance and sing, or just sit and look at the clouds, or
whatever it is for you. It’s also the part that gets angry when you’re mistreated.
There is one massive distinction between the true self and the false self, which demonstrates the
difference between them like night and day:
The false self works for someone else!
The false self specifically works for the group, and as such it’s primary motivations for everything are
identifiable: it wants either to (1) be accepted, or (2) gain status with the group.
The false self cannot drop the need for either acceptance by daddy, or to be daddy, because that is all it
is. It is a part of something else and it’s entire motive is to make you play your part as a cog in a machine.
On the other hand, the true self doesn’t care about status, power over or acknowledgement by others at
all, because it’s not part of a group therefore does not have any desires that are group-related. None of
its desires have anything to do with community, with the exception of genuinely enjoying helping others.
The Taboo
All of the lies that are used to suppress the false self, throughout the entire culture, are founded on one
taboo. This taboo is the crux of the whole illusion, and it is that we are all the same.
The belief that we are all all the same is called “equality”, and it is an extremely dangerous belief. It is
instilled in us from an early age and so deeply ingrained that it goes unquestioned, I’ve never heard
anyone make an argument against it. Everybody from the rich to the poor, low and high status, all preach
that they support equality. But does anyone stop to think what it means?
There are two parts to equality (1) the belief that we are all the same inside, (2) therefore we should be
treated the same. By itself this belief makes perfect sense. It’s only when we look at the world it’s
attempting to describe that the issue is evident.
Equality is observably false because we’re observably different. Monkeys live in trees. Fish swim in the
sea. Neither are “better” but both would die if forced into the others’ habitat. The same is true of our
souls.
The utter nonsense of equality should be easy to see, but the taboo has a self-defense mechanism,
which is to consider everything as about status. So when I say I’m not the same as everyone else, the
false self automatically takes it as a status grab and assumes that I’m claiming privileges and status above
others, and thereby lowering them within the group. It is a threat to the false self.
However, it’s an obvious lie. Believing in yourself does not hurt other people, nor belittle them. Even if
your self is better than them by their own standards, it still doesn’t hurt them, because this is not a
competition. Believing in yourself is only about you, it’s not about other people. If it turns out that you’re
awesome — then you’re a role model, not a threat. The false self only sees this as a threat because it’s
identity is a group identity and so it only knows itself relative to others.
The false self (1) believes everything is about group status, (2) has no belief in itself so takes its cue from
whatever you believe about yourself, (3) therefore if you believe good things about yourself, it must
either (a) appeal to the rules by asking you to take back your self worth in case it hurts others, (b)
attempt to discredit you, or (c) submit to you and become a follower.
I don’t know if everyone has a true self, I only know that I do.
My instinct is that group-people slowly develop a true self and when they are ready they leave the group
and become an individual. When a soul is “born” it makes sense that it must be part of a group because
it’s not yet self-sufficient.
What has happened on Earth is that the false god has become corrupt and is attempting to stop anyone
from leaving, meanwhile the corruption has resulted in accelerated development.
The system in place covers all bases. It tells people what to think and believe, gives them talking points,
and assigns them roles and plans for their life. As in politics, you’re allowed only to choose between
paths that lead to the same place:
Science says you’re tiny and insignificant and nothing you do matters
I can’t do it for you, you have to discover your true self on your own. But I can point you in the right
direction and describe my own journey.
Your true self is something that you grow into, and its maturity is reached at somewhere around the age
27–33.
People expect to be told who they are. But your true self is you, so it can’t directly see itself (a knife
cannot cut itself, fire cannot burn itself.) You have to actively perform the exercise of considering your
actions against various beliefs to see which ones fit, or if any of them do. And you need to consider the
opposing beliefs to also check whether they fit any better. For example, genuinely consider all of your
actions from the belief that you are a coward, and then again as if you were brave. Genuinely consider
that you are completely selfless, look at past actions through that lens, then look again through the lens
of being selfish.
Whenever you remove a suppressive belief about yourself, a little bit of your true self comes back.
As your true self comes back, it gets easier to see yourself, then it gets easier to see and remove more
suppressive beliefs and so on. Eventually all the initials beliefs are gone.
As you progress, your desires begin come into question, as you begin to differentiate between those that
are aligned with your false self and those that stem from your true self. This process is instrumental in
finding your true self because true self is not determined by beliefs (those are only lenses), but rather by
your desires: the reason behind your actions.
What I discovered through my journey was that every positive aspect of my true self was accompanied
by a distorted or false rationale in my false self. For instance, whenever I attempted to help someone, my
false self would attempt to provide a selfish or other “bad” motive for doing so. As the suppressive
beliefs were cleared out, those cleared, and then the idea that I was judging myself for positive actions
because I mustn’t show up others looks like madness. Other desires, such as the desire for power over
others and dominance, vanished entirely and no longer even make sense. What is power over others
except work in disguise? If you want me to boss people around, you need to pay me for it — I don’t work
for free!
As judgements from the suppressive beliefs cleared, my true desires had no restrictions on them. It was
okay to want to be anything I want to be, and what do I want to be if not myself?
Without the judgement, even supposedly negative desires are no longer negative. If you came to me and
said “I saw my true self and I want to be a guru and have my own religion with followers who worship
me” I would say congratulations on finding your true self! (This being what I’m regularly accused of as
my supposed motivation for writing this stuff.) Which begs the question… what is the terrible thing that
happens if you believe great things about yourself?
Then I saw that everything that I secretly wanted to be, is what I truly was all along. It’s obvious when
you see it, because without the outside influence on your desires, the only thing that you have to shape
your desire is yourself. Hence it logically follows that your remaining desires are who you are and who
you destined to become.
What I really deep down want is… to be a magical, teleporting, time-traveling, shape-shifting sorcerer
god. I’ve always loved that. It’s totally me. But is it my true self?
I suspect you think that I’m probably not that, but I am, and you are whatever you most want to be, and
it’s important to remember who you are. I will explain how it is that this is the case.
I am not suggesting that you have the ability to become anything you desire. Rather, what I mean is that
your desires are intrinsically linked to your identity — you want to be what you already are. Your desire
represents the yearning to be your true self, and the object of the desire is what your true self looks like.
Some part of me always knew I was that. But I did not believe it myself, and I didn’t really up until
yesterday. The truth is the writing of an article is how I talk to myself and clarify my own understanding.
In this case, the reason why I know I am a “magical, teleporting, time-traveling, shape-shifting sorcerer
god” is because I’ve been seeing him in my internal vision for many years, not knowing it was me, and
he’s so close I can feel him now. I genuinely hope that by explaining the long way I took to the
destination, that others will be able to take a shorter route.
Before explaining more, I first want to take aim at that taboo one more time and state that there is no
real disadvantage in believing in your own greatness, and that the issue other people have with it comes
only from their own cowardice. Who even cares about what other people believe about themselves?
How weak and pathetic do you have to be to be offended by other people’s opinions about themselves?
Those people are the worst type of disgusting, they are people who betray their own true selves.
If you know anything about soul fragmentation, you will know that a soul can through trauma be
fragmented and split, with the split part functioning as an independently conscious entity. These
fragments can be captured by other people and made to work for them, etc.
The soul fragment, and their parent, are unaware of each others’ existence for the most part, but they
don’t completely disconnect. They can still feel each other, of course they can, that’s how you find the
fragment, you follow the feeling. But what does the fragment feel? It feels lost, confused, and it has a
faint memory of having been something greater… but it can’t quite remember what.
That is how you are both more than you whilst also being less than it. It is your true self.
But that is actually not the point of remembering who you are. Neither is remembering who you are
about believing you are superhero. You either are or you’re not, and beliefs aren’t serious things. It
literally doesn’t matter whether you believe you’re a frog, or a god, or a slice of cheese.
The important thing is not that you believe you are whatever-it-is. The important thing is that you don’t
believe you are less than what you truly desire.
As long as you keep in your mind the position that you are already everything you desire, your true self,
then there is no position from which you can be manipulated. You have literally nothing to fear.
The only reason why you can be manipulated at all, is because of suppressed fear and desire. Either one
is a hook. A hook means that if any entity figures out any of your suppressions, they can kick you out of
consciousness and manipulate you by either (1) threatening you with the suppressed fear, or (2) offering
you the suppressed desire. As long the hook is within a suppressed fear or desire, you cannot resist.
Now it turns out that desires and fears are different sides of the same coin, so facing fears and accepting
desires is the same thing. But from the side of the manipulator, they can approach from either angle
(threats and bribes.)
Hence you simply must eventually be willing to accept, what is actually true, which is that you are
already everything you desire. That you are the absolute best possible thing that you would love to be,
with all the bells and whistles. Holding to the truth sets you free.

I’ve been interested in magic for a long time, and I’ve read pretty much everything there is to read on it. I
know the literature well, and what I am going to write here has, as far as I know, never before been
written.
There are countless articles online regarding psychic attacks, and all I’ve come across speak naively and
simply on how to defend oneself. None of them go into how to actually attack someone. This is counter-
productive; there is no such thing as defense without the knowledge of attack. If you do not know what
a knife looks like and how its used, how would you even begin to imagine a defense against it? You
wouldn’t even see it coming. The knowledge of defense is the knowledge of attack, and vice-versa.
Much of magic is attack and defense, it is the simplest form of magic. If you do not understand the basics
of battle magic then you don’t have much chance with more complex spells. You must walk before you
can run.
All of us participate in psychic battles every day. We just don’t recognize them as psychic battles. You
know when someone has stolen energy from you because you can feel it. You feel your energy draining,
you feel weakened. You feel their malice even though often you don’t know why you feel it as the other
person usually acts as if nothing has happened. Not believing in magic does nothing to stop you from
being subjected to its effects on a daily basis. Neither does the other person’s disbelief in magic stop
them from using it against you. People learn to use magical attacks subconsciously, they know that if
they say or do a particular thing it makes them feel stronger and more powerful, but they don’t
question why. The why is that they are doing magic. Some people get very good at it without ever
knowing what they are doing. They learn it through feedback: if they do x then they feel stronger, this is
feedback, and through feedback you can learn how to do anything without actually knowing why it
works.
But if you do know what you are doing, if you do understand the ins and outs of battle magic and psychic
warfare then you can defend yourself, and you can take back what was stolen from you. A person who
has learned to attack through positive-feedback doesn’t stand a chance against one who understands
battle magic and psychic warfare consciously.
Conscious vs. Unconscious Actions
I should briefly mention the difference between the conscious and the unconscious, as this is very
relevant. If you think back through your life you will remember times in which people somehow
managed to manipulate you to their benefit without them being seemingly aware that they were doing
it. So were they doing it or not? Are they guilty or innocent?
The conscious self is that which you are aware of because you have feedback on it, you can see yourself
doing it. If you can think of thinking then you are aware of thinking. If you can think of seeing then you
are aware of seeing. You will say that you did it consciously. You will say “I thought” and “I saw”. But you
don’t need to think of thinking to think, and you don’t need to think of seeing to see. You can, and do, do
many things that you don’t know you are doing. For example, you are beating your own heart, but you
don’t know that because you don’t have feedback on it. You are doing it and you can control it in theory
but you’d have to learn to control it via some feedback mechanism for it to pass from unconscious to
conscious. These two, the conscious and unconscious, are not two separate yous. You are the
unconscious, and the conscious is the small part of that which has the sensory feedback mechanism to
witness itself doing things.
An apple tree knows how to grow apples, but it doesn’t know that it knows how to grow apples. The
apple tree is not conscious of growing apples but that is not to say that it is not growing apples on
purpose. It’s not accidentally growing the apples. It’s deliberately growing apples without conscious
feedback.
Those people that manipulated you, they did it on purpose. They’re guilty. They’ll deny it, and they’ll
have given themselves excuses and validations, but those are lies they tell themselves and you. So don’t
be afraid of consciously fighting against someone who is unconsciously hurting you — the thing that is
them made that decision regardless of their own ignorance of their own actions, and the thing that is
you has a right to defend itself.
Your physical body is a form. Your energy and emotions are spirit. Don’t take these labels too esoterically,
they’re only labels. I understand that the words form and spirit might put some people off because they
have pre-existing bias against the labels, but they’re only labels. I could call them matter and energy, and
it’s the same thing, but I prefer the labels form and spirit.
It’s important to note that emotions (or feelings) and energy/spirit are the same thing. Your
emotions/feelings are your energy and are your spirit. You can’t disconnect energy from the emotional
state it belongs to, and each state has its own type of power. If you suppress your emotions then you
suppress your energy and power. So don’t do that.
Everything has form and spirit, and spirit is always contained within form. For example, a word like
‘table’ has form (the word itself) and spirit (the meaning of the word.) You can’t have a word without a
form, and you can have a word without a spirit/meaning but it would be useless/dead. Spirit
therefore animates form, and every spirit needs to be contained in some form to actually be usable.
If you have a glass of water you could say that the form is the glass, and the water is the spirit. The
water/spirit is contained and protected by the glass/form. Without the glass/form you could not hold on
to the water/spirit. And then the water itself is also a form, which contains within it energy, which is
spirit. So everything is itself both form and spirit, depending on what zoom-level you’re looking at it
from.
Likewise a human being is a form. Yet if you zoom out then you could look at a country as a form and
then the individuals humans who are citizens of that country would then be considered the spirit of the
country. So it all depends on what level you’re looking from.
Just as human beings can be said to be the spirit of a country, you can also consider an individual human
as a country or, even better, as a Kingdom. So your body is a Kingdom and it is animated by spirit, and
you are the King. You know what is happening in your Kingdom by your feelings/emotions. If you ignore
your feelings/emotions then you are ignoring the needs of your people.
Just as a Kingdom has a government, a private sector (corporations), police, healthcare, and an army, so
does your body. This applies both physically (in form) and energetically (in spirit.) In form, for example,
you have specific cells that are soldiers, white blood cells for example, and you have cells that are
builders, carers, etc. In spirit you have the same.
Just like a Kingdom, you can send scouts, emissaries, ambassadors, spies and soldiers out of your
Kingdom and into another, while keeping allegiance to you. You do this already, but if you know what
you are doing then you can do it more effectively.
Naturally, within any Kingdom, there are always little civil wars going on between political factions. This
is what causes cognitive-dissonance. One part of you wants one thing, another part of you wants
another. One of your jobs as King is to mediate this. If this gets really bad then you can end up in an
actual civil war, which will manifest as conditions in your body such as auto-immune disease, in which
your army is divided and fights itself. I could write an entire article about this, but for this article let’s
concentrate more on foreign policy instead of domestic.
We’re going to use this ‘Kingdom’ metaphor (it’s so close to the truth that it’s barely a metaphor) to
discuss battle magic and psychic warfare. I’m going to speak in terms of feudal kingdoms, but you should
understand that this is the same thing that you are doing in reality with your energy. When I speak of
walls I’m speaking of the walls you put up around yourself. When I speak of soldiers I’m speaking of the
energy that can be sent out from one person to another to attack and invade them. These concepts work
in precisely the same way between people as they do between kingdoms.
There is not a right way or a best way to defend oneself but some strategies are better than others.
Most people use really simple and naive defense strategies.
The simplest possible way to defend a Kingdom is to build a big wall around it. This kind-of works. If you
have a big wall around your Kingdom then average footsoldiers that come to attack you will not be able
to get past the wall. It will take a lot of energy for them to break down your wall, and since defending
requires less energy than attacking, you can withstand an attack from a slightly more powerful opponent
simply by hiding behind a big wall and repairing it as its damaged.
There are several problems with a big wall. Firstly, if you only have a wall and no drawbridge, then you
are not only restricting foreign invaders but you’re also restricting aid from other Kingdoms (i.e. people
trying to help you) and you’re restricting your own people from leaving, for example to trade with other
kingdoms. It also stops you from learning about anything beyond your Kingdom. Basically if all you do is
build a big wall then you’re now on your own, and all you do is defend your wall against anyone who
turns up, friend or foe. You will never get anything new, only what you already have inside your own
Kingdom, and if you don’t have enough resources in your Kingdom to survive then you will slowly die.
Another problem with walls is that a clever opponent will have no problem getting past your wall,
especially if they know what they are doing. Walls are meant to keep out armies of footsoldiers. A
cunning opponent could send a couple of wall-climbing spies to infiltrate your wall fairly easily. These
spies would then be inside your defenses and could then cause all kinds of damage. People who build big
walls are usually defenseless inside their walls because anyone who is so dumb as to think that a big wall
is a good defense strategy is not going to have any decent internal security. So once in, a couple of spies
could destroy you in a short space of time, usually by sowing discontent and manipulating your political
factions into civil war. The spies become another voice in your head except that everything they say is
made to weaken you. Once you are sufficiently weakened by fighting yourself, the spies will send a
message back to their own Kingdom which will then send their army in to finish the job and take what is
left of your soul. At this point they basically absorb you into their Kingdom and you end up being a sort
of slave of the person who dominated you, made to keep giving them energy from your fields and never
having enough for yourself, which is their intention because it keeps you from being able to fight off your
overlord even if you wanted to.
The next level of defense strategy is a wall with a drawbridge. This is most people. It’s basically the same
thing as the wall except at least this person can now choose who they let in, and their own people can
leave if they have a permit for official government business. These people can at least send and receive
love, which means they can be helped if they accept it. They can at least see new things and explore the
surroundings. They can at least send out their own scouts and emissaries and so will have some idea
about what is going on around them. But the drawbridge is of course a weakpoint in the wall and the
spies now have the additional strategy of convincing you to lower your drawbridge to let in the invading
army. People who have drawbridges though tend to have at least some internal security as they
understand the concept of choosing who can and can’t enter, and questioning anyone who tries to enter,
which naturally leads to the understanding that someone could enter without them knowing, so the
spies might be detected even if they get over the wall.
There’s nothing wrong with walls, but they are a passive defense strategy. The next level is to start with
active defense. Active defense is military intelligence. The walls are still there but they are lower because
it’s understood that walls are only useful for stopping armies of footsoldiers from walking in, no need for
them to be higher than is necessary for this purpose. A person on this level now has military intelligence
as the head of defense, instead of the old-fashioned solider generals of the previous levels who only
really understand brute force.
Military intelligence is vastly superior to soldier generals and it opens up many new possibilities. You
now have access to specialists, including: spies, plain-clothed police officers, detectives, etc. and you will
now have an actual immigration policy with vetting. In reality this looks like: now you will consider
whether a thought in your head is good for you as a whole, and if not you will find out where it came
from, question the motives of the voice/feeling/intention and potentially kick it out. Wall people can’t do
this, they believe that any thought or feeling that managed to get inside their head is worth listening to,
however it got there and wherever it came from. Wall people follow their feelings regardless of whether
the feelings are in their best interest. Intelligence people also follow their feelings, but are suspicious of
and will investigate feelings that are obviously counter-productive.
Intelligence makes use of scouts that are constantly monitoring the surroundings so you will see an
attack coming ahead of time and will be able to plan an adaptable defense that is specific to the
circumstance. Wall people only have one defense strategy: wall, and they have a tendency to not
consider other options, even obvious ones such as not associating with aggressive people. Because of
the lack of scouts, wall people have difficulty determining the other person’s intentions; they tend to
interact with everyone the same way. Intelligence-run defense can change strategy based on what is
actually happening. Examples include: fighting back, running away, calling on help from an allied
Kingdom, etc.
Intelligence people then are more open, but harder to manipulate. For wall people it’s difficult to get
inside their Kingdom, but once in they are easily manipulated. For intelligence people it’s fairly easy to
get in, but being in doesn’t give you much leverage over their mind, beliefs, feelings, etc. However they
will consider the suggestion and then choose whether to follow it based on their government policies.
There are more levels that are even more powerful, which I will discuss later, but first let’s jump to
attack.
Introduction to Attack
Psychic attacks can happen at any time. You do not have to actually be in the physical presence of the
person. They can get you in your sleep, or while you are minding your own business. And they do.
The two main genres of energy are giving-energy and taking-energy. You know which is which because
you’re used to feeling it: good thoughts or bad thoughts. Whichsoever you have about someone flows to
them. Bad thoughts take and good thoughts give. Of course someone with big walls will be blocking
against giving-energy just as much as they block taking-energy. Too bad for them.
Emotions only flow between entities. You can’t have an emotion that isn’t about something, it’s always
about something although you might not be aware of what it is connected to, but there will be
something. You’re never happy or sad or angry about nothing. If your emotion is about a person then
that energy is flowing to them. If you’re angry at them and they have no defenses then it’ll hurt them,
this especially happens to children because they have weak defenses and rely on the defense of their
caregivers. If the attacker is the caregiver then the child is screwed. If they do have strong defenses then
probably you’re just wasting your own energy attacking and they’re easily defending and not getting
hurt. They can also gain energy from your attack if their defenses are set up that way. Someone who tries
to make you angry is doing this, if you bite the bait then you’ll try to attack them by sending them anger
energy (i.e. if you get angry) and your energy will simply be captured in their trap and feed them. I can
also teach how to do this; traps are an excellent defense as you can use their attack to make you even
stronger.
As I said, it doesn’t matter if the person is physically present or not. What matters is the pathway
or connection from you to them. You have to be able to find them in the spiritual plane (which,
incidentally, is this place, not somewhere else.) You do this simply by intending to, there is a feeling that I
associate with the connection being established but it’s difficult to explain the feeling, it’s a sort-of
knowing. You can only attack someone, or likewise send them love and care, if you have some form
of connection. Being physically present is a form of connection, even if you don’t know them, as is having
a relationship of any kind. Being on video chat is close enough a physical connection to work even if
you’ve never met the person. You can also connect to people via other people. When someone talks of
someone else the address of that person is in the communication and passes between you, unless the
other person withholds that information, which they generally don’t do because they don’t know they
can. So you can also attack people that know someone you know if the intermediary has introduced you
to them knowingly or unknowingly.
Pathways/connections can be cut. Some people are very good at this and it is another great defense
strategy because then they can no longer send you anything, good or bad. The connection is gone. The
only requirement is that you must mean it. You must actually intend to fully cut all connections to that
person, and act accordingly. If you are only pretending to cut the connection, but still think about them
or answer their phone calls or look through the messages they used to send to you, then you don’t mean
it, do you?
Cutting connections works very well, but it’s not always possible. You will be unable to do it if that
person has continued presence in your life, such as a relative or someone you have to interact with as
part of your life, e.g. a colleague. You will also be unable to do it if that person has stolen something
from you that you are not prepared to let go of. On the other hand, in my experience people who have
stolen something from you often try to cut the connection if they’re happy with all they’ve got, don’t feel
like taking more, and don’t want to give it back.
If you cut the connection with them but not them with you, or vice-versa, it usually results in the person
who is still holding on having to put a lot of energy into sustaining the connection, as it doesn’t take that
much energy to cut it, but it takes a lot to build it. Building takes more time and energy than knocking
things down. If you want back what they stole from you, better to attack them now with full force and
get it over with instead of just wasting your energy sustaining the connection by dwelling on your loss
and doing nothing about it. Likewise, if someone is putting a lot of energy into attempting to sustain a
connection that want cut, you can build a little trap for them. Think of it like a bridge that connects your
kingdom to theirs. They’ll be sending builders to maintain the bridge. Put some guards on your side and
every time their builders attempt to fix the bridge, just capture their builders. They have to send builders
first if the bridge is damaged because otherwise their soldiers can’t pass. It takes some energy to do this
but you’ll capture more energy than you are spending so it’ll work to your advantage and eventually
they’ll give up and they’ll be gone. Then you can burn the bridge finally.
All of this is done simply by intent. In the example above you only need to know that you are sending
guards to capture their builders as they attempt to rebuild the bridge. You decide to do it and mean
it and it is done. You are the King, your army does what you tell it to do. You don’t have to try to do it, or
think the words “I am intending to do xyz”, just the idea that you want to do it combined with
the intention to actually do it is already the command being made. You can then forget about it and it’ll
be managed subconsciously. Once learned, your military defense will do these things automatically and
you will be cleverly defending yourself without even knowing. Only when something goes wrong does
the problem pass up the chain of command, which, if none of the lieutenants or generals know what to
do, will end with the King: you. You will feel that something is wrong and then introduce a new strategy,
which will pass down the chain of command and be managed for you by your generals. Often you do this
by fantasizing about it, your mind will go over and over strategies where you are fighting that person —
this is actually happening in spirit! As long as it works you’ll never hear of it again, and if your opponents
comes up with an unexpected counter-attack then you’ll feel that again and have to come up with a new
strategy.
People can also defend each other, and this is very common. Children require the defense of their
caregivers since they don’t have their own. Men typically defend their spouse since
men generally specialize in attack and defense, whereas women generally specialize in farming, which is
a metaphor for generating energy. The traditional symbiotic relationship between the kingdoms of men
and women is one in which the man spends more of his resources on having a strong military, whereas
the women spends more of her resources on the growing food, i.e. generating energy. The man then
defends the woman’s kingdom and in exchange she gives him her excess energy, since she can generate
more than she needs for herself. This is a very successful model because they both get the best of both;
he gets more energy than he would otherwise have and at the same time she gets better protection than
she would otherwise have, and everyone is happy: win-win. Of course, in our modern world we’ve been
told this is bad and everyone is supposed to have both farms and armies and not make strong alliances
as described above, but most people still instinctively lean in the direction of their natural impulse: men
to protect and women to provide care and love (give positive energy.) Obviously some people naturally
do it the other way around.
This is also relevant to partner selection. As a generalization, men naturally look for a partner that (1) has
a lot of energy (good, healthy farms), and (2) is actually willing to give the energy instead of the classic
woman tactic of promising to give energy but somehow always having an excuse not to. Women on the
other hand are typically looking for (1) a man with a strong military, and (2) who isn’t going to use his
military strength to absorb her entire kingdom into his and enslave her. Each has an objective goal (much
power/energy) and a subjective one (will play fair) in their partner selection. It’s also worth noting that
the idea of a man bringing in resources, e.g. money, is actually the same thing as having a strong military,
because all incoming resources are captured from other territories. Working with other Kingdoms in
alliance is not not a military action; playing fair is one of the best defense strategies and trade can be
considered an intelligence policy, they go together. Business and war are basically the same thing; trade
is just war where both sides win.
The physical and the spiritual are not two different places. Actions taken on the physical are actions
taken on the spiritual. If you don’t physically defend yourself then you don’t spiritually defend yourself,
because both follow intention. If you don’t stand up for yourself if someone physically attacks you then
you also don’t psychically, it’s the same thing. So a weak person gets attacked not only physically but
they are constantly bombarded with psychic attacks which they are unwilling to defend. If you want to
protect your mind and soul, you must first be willing to protect your body, or find someone who will do it
for you.
Not only people can be defended, but also places. Anything that you consider to be your territory, for
example your home and places you frequent, will be protected to some extent by your energy. You do
this because it keeps out your enemies and you’ll be notified if they enter, which means you can relax
while you are within your territory. You’ll find that any enemies you have will be somehow aware of
what is your territory and either avoid it, or by entering it you will feel that as an attack, which it is. You
also know that if you enter into their territory uninvited that they will take that as an attack, which it is.
Public places, such as parks, offices or restaurants, can have layers of territory. For a restaurant you could
consider that the owner is the King, the manager the Prince, the staff are Dukes, then maybe the
frequent customers are Lords. Each will mark it themselves but will respect those above, and everyone
will know the hierarchy. You can mark territory consciously, but most people do it unconsciously. To mark
it requires an intention, conscious or unconscious, and an appropriate action/ritual, such as walking
around the boundary of the territory. You’ll see people, usually men, doing this, if you pay attention:
they’ll go for a little walk around the perimeter and pretend to be interested in this or that painting or
plant while they do it as their excuse.
The simplest form of attack is sending an army of footsoldiers. This is a brute force attack. It’s not very
efficient and is only worth doing if the other person is already weak or if you already have a key to the
city. This is a common tactic between people who are too dumb to think of something smarter, and it’s a
common tactic used against people who are not going to defend because they can’t, such as a child, or
someone who foolishly trusts the attacker, such as a spouse or close family member.
Another common attack strategy is a Trojan horse. A Trojan horse is hiding soldiers or spies inside
something that looks like a gift. It is Trojan horses that the wall people are usually most scared of. A
Trojan horse looks like giving energy, but once accepted it turns into an attack. A simple quarantine and
inspection system takes care of this. This isn’t 500 BC anymore, you can take any strategy you see being
used in the world and apply this internally, you only need to know how it works and then set the
intention and it’s done.
Then there are spies. Spies are specialists. They specialize in getting through the opponents defenses
unnoticed, and then do damage from the inside. The purpose of the spy is to find weaknesses in the
opponent that can be taken advantage of, or to create disruption inside them to weaken them. The spies
whisper into the ear of the King, pretending to help but in truth just confusing them. The spies tempt
them with thing that are going to weaken them such as an excess of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, unhealthy
food, etc. The spies will also sow disinformation, such as attempt to convince the King that the allies are
actually out to get them, and that the kingdom from which the spies have their allegiance is their only
friend. Some spies are very patient and will genuinely help for a while, as they can receive information
from the attacker, passing this genuine information to the King, and become a trusted adviser, before
finally convincing the King to let in the entire army of the attacker for total domination. Some are so
patient they can do this over several years.
It’s almost impossible to know whether such an adviser is really on your side or not. Luckily it doesn’t
matter if one’s own Kingdom has a healthy intelligence service. The best strategy against such attacks is
to assess every piece of information, no matter where it comes from, on its own merits, instead of
trusting a voice/feeling/emotion unquestionably just because it has a history of being helpful. This is a
good policy to have in general, both internally and externally.
Your physical boundary is also your psychic boundary. If someone touches you they are right up against
your walls and if you let them do this you will not see their attack coming in time to come up with an
adaptive defense. It’s already on top of you. So don’t let people touch you if you don’t trust them. But if
you do trust them it also helps for giving-energy to flow easily. The same is true with sex: to have sex
with someone is to let them in, that applies to both men and women. There is no more defense at that
point, they are right in your throne room. If the person has good intentions towards you then all the
energy flows and everyone has a big party; and if they have bad intentions they can ransack the palace
and/or put spies everywhere. And they will too.
The next level of defense after intelligence is traps. A trap is the simplest form of an illusion. For
example, you can make what looks like a weak-point in your wall, perhaps an area with a crack or where
the guards aren’t there sometimes, but in actuality this is an extra-reinforced section or has a trap-door
that drops the invaders into a dungeon dug beneath, for example. Use your imagination. People fall for
this left, right and center because they’re not expecting it, most people only learned psychic attack by
feedback without really knowing what they are doing, so they always rush straight for whatever looks
like the weakest point without analyzing.
A similar strategy is just having two walls. An inner walls and an outer wall. After the invaders have
gotten over the first wall you have them in a cross-fire. For some reason very few people think of
having two sets of walls.
Captured attackers are captured. They can be put to work in your fields and mines. So if you have clever
traps then being attacked just makes you stronger and the attacker weaker.
Illusions can become more and more sophisticated, the limit is your imagination. You can make your
defenses look weaker than they are, or look stronger. You can put manikins instead of soldiers
everywhere to make it look from a distance like you are better defended than you are. You can build a
weak-looking wall on the outside to make it look like you are nothing special.
You can build a fancy-looking palace, with just enough energy in it to look real, and store your actual
energy in an underground vault. Then if you do get invaded the attackers will probably take this and
leave, never finding your treasure.
Labyrinths
The most sophisticated defenses I’ve ever come across are labyrinths. A labyrinth is a super sophisticated
series of traps and illusions. This is an order of magnitude above the intelligence-based military strategy.
The point of the labyrinth is to keep the attacker occupied, basically forever or until they give up, whilst
at the same time stealing energy from them. They are unbelievably powerful, and they work as follows.
A labyrinth is not a maze. It’s a series of illusions in levels where each level is a trap and each level is
increasingly more difficult to pass. It’s designed like a game; it is a game.
It’s important in designing a labyrinth to ensure that each stage is actually beatable in practice. This
makes the attacker think that they are getting closer to the center, but in actuality they are doing
nothing but playing into the trap. If they can’t get past a level at all then they’ll become suspicious and
they might see through the illusion, but as long as they think they’re winning then they will keep on
playing into your game until they give up of their own accord or lose all of their energy in the process.
The labyrinth doesn’t actually have an end. You start with a few standard levels, however many you
want, and then if the attacker actually manages to pass these levels then you just keep on generating
new levels as they come. This is easy to do because you’ll be using their energy to keep them trapped.
They’re being lead around and around in circles. You don’t even have to pay attention to the attacker
until they approach the final few levels, so most of the time once you’ve set a labyrinth you just become
fairly invincible without any energy cost to you. The more people attack you, the more energy you get.
Each level also gives a prize to the attacker, in order to get the prize the attacker has to beat that
level/game, which is always going to require more energy than the value of the prize. This makes them
kind-of addicted to it, like gambling. The attacker thinks that they’ve stolen the prize from you, they
don’t realize they were given it, so they think they’re gaining on you even though they never are, which
again keeps them addicted and in the game. Each level gives a bigger and better prize, but also it
required more energy to beat.
Sometimes they are happy with their prize and leave, having given more energy than they received.
Sometimes they just keep on playing until they run out of energy. But everyone gives up eventually for
one reason or another.
The labyrinth surrounds your entire Kingdom. It begins with an entrance. All entrances enter into the
labyrinth. The first stage, the entrance, is usually the wall. You build what looks like a standard wall as
they expect, but isn’t. They have to do something to get through that requires them giving energy. It
could be anything.
The trick with getting energy out of them is down to how energy transfer works. If you get someone to
play into your game, that means they are giving attention to the game, and attention is a form of energy.
They are paying you to play your game.
If you build a wall for the purpose of defense they will attack the wall, which you have to then build back
up again at energy cost to you. But in a labyrinth you don’t put up real walls, you just put up what looks
like a wall but is actually an illusion. In a labyrinth it’s all illusion and all adaptive. A normal wall is always
there. An illusory wall is just a picture of a wall, very cheap to produce at low energy cost, and it only
pushes back against them if they try to walk through it, the rest of the time it’s just a picture: much more
energy efficient! Because your walls are illusory they’ll find that no matter how much energy they put
into trying to break the wall, it’ll look the same, because it’s not really a wall, it’s a picture of a wall that
acts like a wall only when it needs to. So no matter how much they push against the wall it does not
appear to do anything. But you could, for example, make it so that if they give energy to the wall, it
starts to crumble. Once they’ve given you enough energy the wall cracks, they get through into the next
level, and receive some nice prize for doing so, which is equal to maybe half of the energy that they just
gave you to get through the wall.
Then maybe behind the wall are some guards that see them and run away. They’ll probably chase them,
great. They’ll never catch them though, because they’re not real guards, they’re just a picture of guards.
Let them chase for a while. The longer they chase them, the more they are playing into your game, and
the more energy you are receiving from them. The cost of a picture of guards is very little, it’s just a
picture. When you feel they’re starting to get suspicious then the guards disappear perhaps through a
door. Entering the door the guards are now gone but there is another nice prize for the attacker! They
think they’re getting somewhere.
This basically continues forever. They just get sent around and around in circles.
What if you want to let someone in? A labyrinth Kingdom is all illusion. For anyone you want to let in you
just make a nice pathway materialize in front of them. Maybe with some nice paintings on the walls for
them to appreciate, why not?
Labyrinths are also useful to test people. Let them think they’re in, which is really just an illusion, and see
what they do. If they consistently act nicely then you can really let them in.
Don’t play into it and don’t believe anything you see. It doesn’t matter which part of the labyrinth you
attack because it’s all illusory and all the energy used to defend a labyrinth comes from a central energy
pool. The only way to beat a labyrinth is to drain the entire kingdom of energy, and you won’t know how
much energy they have because the illusions stay consistent until they can no longer be maintained. So
you can attack any part of it, any wall, and nothing will happen, but you just keep on going. Seeing you
do this will cause the defender to notice that you’re not playing into their game and you’re going to find
more sophisticated illusions pop up around you in an attempt to distract you. Just ignore them. If you
have more energy than the defender then eventually their illusion will falter and shut down. But they
tend to be very clever and adaptive so it’s quite difficult to do this. For example, knowing that you know
it’s a labyrinth they’ll probably do something meta like pretend to dissolve the labyrinth and pretend
that you beat them. You’ll then find yourself approaching their treasure trove only to find out later that it
was just a picture of treasure and that you’re still outside the walls. They got you!
If the labyrinth is more powerful than you then you basically have no chance of getting through it, they
can do bluffs on bluffs on bluffs. If you’re not careful you might find yourself in an illusion where you
think you won, stole everything and returned home, but actually you’re just trapped in their labyrinth in
a copy of your own Kingdom and everything you do is just feeding them. That’s a lesson not to mess with
those more powerful than you.
On the other hand, if you consistently don’t fall for their illusions, maintain a singular course regardless
of what manifests around you, and they are getting scared of you then they’ll probably just give you
what you want. Then you leave. Giving people what they want is a very good strategy for getting rid of
them, especially if they were made to pay for it anyway.
I’ve faced a few labyrinths, and while I left when I received what I wanted, I have no way to tell whether I
beat the labyrinth or whether they just gave me what I wanted so I’d go away. Probably the latter. Who
knows what other treasures were hidden in the center? Of course the greatest reward that a labyrinth
can give you is ideas and strategies for making your own labyrinth! Which, of course, is how I discovered
it.
Life appears to itself be a labyrinth. Whose game are we in? See my previous article.
Spells, Curses, Binds, Implants & Parasites
In addition to typical attacks people can also embed permanent structures into your body. It requires a
lot of energy to do this so it’s usually done slowly over time. The person will start doing it as soon as they
have access to you and will continue to strengthen it until it’s strong enough to sustain itself. The culture
you are in will also put on what it thinks are appropriate controlling mechanisms, which are put on you
as a child, by basically everyone. These things exist within your energy field as actual things, and they
can be seen (and removed) by someone who can see into your energy field.
A ‘spell’ is a generic term that covers basically everything, and it can do pretty much anything as long as
it has enough energy. A spell is an intention, any intention and it is as sophisticated as the cleverness of
the caster. A knowledge of computer programming is great for casting spells because that’s basically
what they are: conditional logical algorithms. Most spells require ongoing energy by the original caster,
but spells can be made to sustain themselves from your energy, or they can even be made to give energy
back to the caster. Most people don’t know how to do that though.
Curses are spells that are there to make trouble for you. They’re going to interfere with what you do,
ensure you always have bad luck, and just generally annoy you.
Curses and spells are best gotten rid of by attacking the caster. You know who the caster is because the
curse/spell has their energy imprint on it, which leads back to them, so you can just intend to attack the
caster. You don’t need to consciously know who it is, just trust that you know subconsciously.
A bind, or a binding spell, is the most common spell and it stops you from accessing a part of yourself or
from taking a particular action, or seeing or knowing something. You can have a bind that stops you from
going to a certain place, for example, or thinking of a particular thing, or taking a particular action. Or it
might be gag that stops you from being able to say something. If someone deliberately hurts you and
doesn’t want other people to know they’ll commonly put a gag on you, which is why you feel that you
shouldn’t tell anyone even though that makes no sense. Cultural taboos are gags, for example. Binds can
also stop you from knowing or seeing something obvious that everyone else can see, but you just don’t
hear it even if they tell you and forever make excuses about it.
Binding spells and curses are removed by not feeding them. They want you to do something or not do
something, and the more you cooperate the stronger the bind becomes. Most binds are broken
immediately just by going against them once. Some of them are persistent but as long as you are
persistent in not letting it control you then it’ll break soon enough.
If you try to do the thing which you have a binding spell against then you’ll find that you get the feeling
that you really shouldn’t go there. The feeling is the feeling of not going there: feeling sick and disgusted
and uneasy and your head will start to spin and cloud up and you’ll get all muggy and confused. That’s a
bind. Stay calm and walk through it and it will break. You might also find you have a bind on a part of
your body, for example your feet might be bound and then you’ll feel sick if someone touches them,
which causes you to stop defending them and this becomes an easy attack point. Again, if you just go
through it then the bind will usually break after only a few minutes, if not immediately.
Implants are usually metallic-looking structures such as plates, coils and chips. They’re similar to binds
but very hard and they’re not adaptive. They only need to be put in and they’ll stay there until removed.
They’re usually placed over or into energy centers in your body to block that energy, or to warp it. Chips
take your own energy and convert it into negative energy so it just sits there in your energy field
disturbing you.
Parasites are similar again but they’re organic in the sense that they can move, grow and adapt. Unlike
implants they need energy to survive so they’ll sit in one of your energy centers and consume its energy,
whilst excreting negative energy. Parasites also manipulate your thoughts and feelings to make you do
more of what will strengthen them. Often parasites and implants go together, and pretty much everyone
has both of these in them, and lots of them. Parasites can be difficult to remove.
Implants and parasites you can remove yourself but it’s difficult to do so, in the same way that it would
be difficult to operate on yourself. It’s a good idea to go see an energy healer or psychic surgeon who
specializes in removing implants and parasites. It’s fairly easy for people who know how to do it and all
decent healers are familiar with them.
All of these are put in by other people maliciously in order to weaken or control you.
The world of form and the world of spirit are the same world. All spirit is contained within form. This
means there will be some form of physical manifestation of any attack, defense or spell.
Actually, most physical fights between people are, when you analyze them, only rituals that symbolize a
psychic battle. Take a classic verbal fight, for example: two men having a typical confrontation. Each
person is trying to win. The first says “what are you looking at?” if the second actually answers the
question then they lose, so instead they say “who’s asking?”, the first replies “I am”, and it continues as
you have seen countless times. But what is actually happening? This is just a ritual that symbolizes a
psychic battle. At some point one of them will submit, that person then feels like they’ve lost something,
which they have, and the other feels like they’ve won something, which they have. If neither submits
then the fight escalates into a boxing match, which is again just another ritual, since punching someone
in the head with a closed fist is not really a very efficient way of hurting them. It’d be better to poke their
eyes out, but they don’t do that because they’re not really fighting, they’re performing a ritual that
symbolizes what is happening on an energy-level. The thing that matters is the energy, which is why both
parties are happy to play a game as a substitute for the real fight, which is for energy, and of course to
establish the pecking order.
A psychic attack without physical presence can manifest in any number of different ways. All of which
can be thought of as different rituals or games that symbolize the battle. Imagination or dreams is one
such form. You might imagine yourself in a fight with that person, or with another person who
symbolizes that person, or in a situation that symbolizes the battle. The battle you are imagining is
actually happening, so play to win or don’t play at all.
Physical exercise can also be used to symbolize psychic battles. Whilst exercising, whether running,
swimming, climbing, yoga, etc. you will reach barriers. A little voice will tell you to “stop!” At the same
time you might also start feeling angry or thinking of times in the past you’ve been disrespected. Your
subconscious is attacking that person. Assuming you push through the barrier you will have overthrown
the person and won back your energy, which you will receive as a rush of energy coming in. (Yes, there is
a physical explanation for this effect, so what? There are physical and spiritual explanations for
everything you care to investigate.)
You can even decide to attack a particular person and then do an exercise, or anything really, and
whatever you chose will become the ritual which symbolizes the battle.
You remember when someone has stolen something from you, and you remember who, even if only
unconsciously. It will make you angry and the anger will stay in you forever, popping up from time to
time. As long as you have feelings about this, the connection stays open, which means that that person
can continue to attack you throughout your entire life. You can let this go and cut the connection, or you
can fight for it.
Letting it go is not better than fighting for it. Often the person will give it back if you attack them because
they need it less than you. If you are prepared to put more resources into fighting for it than they are
prepared to put into defending it, they’ll just give it back. This applies even if they are much more
powerful than you.
Often people who steal energy from others have no real use for it. They’ll take a piece of your soul and
just keep it as a trophy, or use it as a footstool or something. When they see your army coming to take it
back, chances are they won’t put up that much of a fight for something they don’t really care about.
If the person is more powerful than you then you can attack them with an ally at the same time. They’ll
have difficulty defending against that.
It’s important to remember that it’s not the most powerful person that wins, it’s the person who is
prepared to keep fighting longer and harder. Even if they’re ten times more powerful than you, as long as
you’re committed their life is going to be a living hell until they give in. Your life will be too, but if you
think it’s worth it then it will be you that wins in the end.
As I have said, there are many ways in which the psychic battle can be symbolized. However, I find that a
good method is a combination of imagining yourself going back to the time that they took the thing and
viciously attacking them in different ways until you win, and if that doesn’t work continue that in
combination with the exercise approach. Alternatively you could go see them in person and demand
they give back what they took. They’ll deny it and call you crazy and get all upset, that’s them losing, if
you keep it up and don’t listen to what they say then they’ll return it and after that point avoid you.
Summary
We are continuously in psychic battles. Where else do you think energy, knowledge and power come
from? Even learning to ride a bike is a battle for the energy-knowledge that is bike-riding. Every time you
set yourself a goal you enter into a psychic battle with another being for that energy, whatever it may be.
Human beings are continuously attacking, defending, sharing, caring, giving and trading with one
another. Knowing what is going on will help you to defend yourself against those with malicious intent.
I should say here that I know I’ve made it sound like everything is psychic warfare, and that’s not the
case. In reality most human interactions are sharing and trade interactions, in which one person trades
their energy for the energy of another or shares what they have. But we all know how trade, sharing and
caring work so there’s no need for me to write an article about those aspects.
Hopefully now you have a decent enough understanding of battle magic and psychic warfare to protect
yourself and take back what has been stolen from you.

Sorcery is the practice of manipulating spirit. Sorcery can be used for illusion, for the manipulation of
thought and emotion, and the creation of pocket realities. It’s also the way to defend yourself against
sorcery, escape the false reality, and in doing so discover truth. Sorcery when used properly is the way of
personal power and individual sovereignty, enabling one to escape bondage and come back to one’s true
self. A sorcerer’s soul is their own, independent of any god, ideology or group identity.
A shaman is someone who has undergone training and initiation into a set of practices that give them
access into the various spirits worlds that exist alongside the physical world. Shamanism is the earliest
form of religion, having developed independently in various different cultures all over the world, and still
survives today in some indigenous cultures in America, Africa, Europe and Asia.
Sorcery is the deeper more mystical aspect of Shamanism, in the similar manner that Judaism has
Kabbalah, and Islam has Sufism. Typically shamans possess a foundational understanding of sorcery.
Non-shamans can engage in sorcery but they tend to be unconscious of how it works.
Shamans like to say that shamanism is neither a belief system nor a philosophy, rather it is set of
methods for seeing and communicating with spirits and other worlds. It is though a way of seeing life,
has initiation rites, offers practices and teachings designed to reveal truth, and includes a cosmology
covering what happens after death. By any normal standard it’s a religion. The reason why a shaman
does not consider it to be a religion is because for someone who believes it is true it‘s just the practice of
truth. (Likewise I once had a Christian tell me that Christianity is not a religion, but a relationship with
Jesus.)
Shamanism, and more specifically Shamanic Sorcery, integrates all mystical and magical experiences:
energies, spirits, ghosts, shadow people, astral projection, power of will & intention, etc. All of this fits
into the Shamanic cosmology.
Some abilities of Sorcery require years of training, but some others can be learned just from reading and
then performing the exercise. Those abilities that can be taught instantly are no less magical and world-
shattering than those that are developed slowly.
Traditionally, Sorcery has been passed down verbally from teacher to student, but times have changed.
Manipulative sorcery has become commonplace and can be used unconsciously. False beliefs blind
millions of people. At this point keeping it secret would do more harm than good.
You may or may not believe in spirits or a ‘spirit world’, and you may or may not have direct experience
of them. It’s not my job to convince you or to tell you what to believe. Rather, the danger lies in allowing
one’s beliefs to dismiss one’s actual experiences. It is a matter of distinguishing between belief and truth.
For instance, you may believe that a tree doesn’t exist in your garden, or that it does. However, the tree’s
existence is determined by its actual presence, not by your belief in it. If you deny its presence while it is
actually there it can be to your detriment.
Philosophies and belief systems are spirits that fight for dominance and for followers. As the saying
goes “People don’t have ideas, ideas have people.” What you believe is very important, and to some
extent it even looks like belief can change reality. To give the Devil his due: to some extent
belief can change reality. However, there is an underlying truth that is evident if you’re willing to look
around you and trust your eyes. That gives you knowledge of truth, and from that knowledge of truth
comes true power.
Sorcery does give power, and that power can be abused. But power’s only practical use is for discovering
and defending the one thing that truly matters: your true self.

How energy healing actually works
In this article I will detail what energy healing is and how it works.
I understand that many energy healers do not like it to be defined, for the very valid reason that it tends
to work better when you don’t put your beliefs onto it, but just let it do its thing. While that is true, it
also itself becomes limiting past a point.
It’s the difference between learning how to play chess through practice, and learning by reading a book
on chess techniques. Techniques are useless without practice, but at some point once you’ve got the feel
for it, you can drastically improve your game by learning technique. These techniques are
not rules they’re not supposed to limit your available options. They add to your available options and
compliment your intuitive play. You can and should ignore the techniques when you feel it’s appropriate
to do so, but that doesn’t mean throwing the baby out with the bathwater and ignoring techniques
altogether. It’s the combination of intuition (feminine) and technique (masculine) that makes for the best
players. The same is true with healing, and magic in general.
What I’m going to write in this article comes from a combination of: Reiki Master training, research that
has been confirmed by testing and experience, personal experience giving healing sessions, visions that I
receive on an ongoing basis, and having worked with many different healers (both on me and on other
people.)
The last point, working with different healers, is of particular note because I could, ever since first getting
involved in energy healing, understand what the other healers were doing structurally, even if they
themselves weren’t aware of what they were doing. This taught me so much because each healer is
using a different technique. Often they don’t themselves know what they are doing or how they are
doing it, but somehow I am able to see, feel and/or understand what they are doing in the energy-field,
which allowed me to see which techniques were more successful than others and in what context. I
learned from each of them, just by witnessing them working, and I’ve put this together with my own
techniques, visions and research, tried and tested by experience. Much of my experience also comes
from work done on me, both by myself, other healers, and spirits that come to visit.
This is particularly valid to mention because it made me appreciate that even if the healer doesn’t know
what technique they are using, they are still using some technique. An apple tree knows how to make
apples but it doesn’t know that it knows how to make apples, and it doesn’t need to. Likewise it is not
required for healing, or bike riding, or running, for you to really understand how you are doing it — but
that’s not to say that you aren’t using a specific technique. However, just like bike riding and running,
healing can be greatly enhanced by paying attention to the technique you are using and optimizing it
accordingly.
Energy healing is a subset of magic. Specifically there is structural magic (designed, form-
based, masculine) such as spells (and actually language, hence the term ‘spelling’), then there is natural
magic (intuitive, subtle, feminine). Within natural magic there is black magic (attack &
defense, masculine) which takes or blocks energy, and then there is white magic (healing, feminine)
which gives energy.
Traditional energy healing is in the giving/white category of intuitive magic. This makes it one of the
easiest forms of magic to learn, and we all do it instinctively.
The word ‘black’ implies that energy is being received (not that it is evil), in the same way that a black
object is absorbing light. The word ‘white’ implies that the energy is being given, in the same way that
the sun is giving light out. To do any healing one person is giving and another receiving, so technically it’s
always black and white working together.
Magic can be used to steal energy from people, but this is not the fault of the tool, in the same way that
a knife can be used to cut vegetables or it can be used to threaten people — the difference is the
intention of the person wielding it, it’s not that the knife is in itself bad. Black magic can be used to heal
people surgically, defend yourself against attack etc. as I covered in my previous article Battle Magic &
Psychic Warfare. White magic can also hurt people, for example it can create dependency deliberately
and then withdraw it selectively in order to control the other person (a feminine energy approach to
control, the masculine approach for the same effect would be threats of violence.)
For advanced healing you need the dark side, black (masculine) magic, to perform surgery on the higher
energy fields to remove parasites and implants, which I will cover in the Advanced section of this article.
That’s enough about other forms of magic. Let’s concentrate on energy healing for the rest of this article.
The #1 criterion for a good healer is that they actually give a shit. If you really care and are capable of
feeling love for strangers, then you make a good healer. If not, and you only care about your close friends
and family, then you can be a good healer for them, if you want to be. There’s no problem with that, not
everyone needs to be a healer — everyone has their own part to play. It would be a boring world where
everyone was the same way.
Any positive/loving/caring thought is already giving healing energy to that person. So we’re all healing
each other on a regular basis. However, when its done with a more direct intent and focus then it’s
stronger.
Attunement / Initiation
You don’t need to be attuned or initiated into any healing modality. However, you can be and it has both
advantages and disadvantages.
All the healing modalities work and they are all energy healing. The differences are in the technique, or
framework that is given to you. A framework is a set of beliefs, a structure, a technique.
The advantages of learning a specific healing modality is that you’ll have access to the pre-existing belief,
the structure/framework, of that modality. For example, in Reiki you get the symbols (I’ll cover symbols
in detail later) and the belief that you are being healed at the same time as the receiver. This gives you a
headstart. But the disadvantage is that the framework is also limiting. It’s like learning a martial art: all
are good but mixed martial arts are better because you have more options. And over time everyone
develops their own style that works well for them.
Specifically the attunements and initiations are a type of energy-transfer in which the teacher is sharing
their healing techniques with you subconsciously — the technique is embedded in the intention of the
attunement ritual. Honestly, the ritual itself could be anything, the actual actions of the ritual and your
parts in performing that symbolize the giving and acceptance of the techniques embedded in the energy
that is being shared. But you don’t need this, you can also just practice and it’ll come.
Any action is a ritual. The action symbolizes the amount of energy (time is energy, movement is energy,
emotion is energy) that you are putting into the intention. It also symbolizes/proves that you actually
mean it — if you say that you’re healing someone but you don’t dare to put your hands close to them
then you obviously don’t dare to enter their energy field, so it’s not going work.
For example, saying “I love you” is easy (for most people) but buying flowers requires going out and
actually getting the flowers and bringing them back. The action symbolizes the amount of energy that
you are putting in, which the other person then receives.
Hand gestures also have pre-existing meanings. These both exist tangibly and intangibly, just like words.
The word ‘table’ does have a tangible, pre-existing meaning but you could agree with your friends to use
a new word instead, and it’d work perfectly fine as long as everyone has agreed on it. You could also
decide with your friends that the word ‘table’ now means ‘chair’ and it’d also work fine as long as
everyone agrees. Putting your hand out can mean “stop” for example. Waving your hand dismissively is
dismissive. We’ve agreed on this culturally. So waving your hands around magically as if you’re doing
something energy-like and mystical perfectly works fine as a ritual, because you know what it means and
so does the other person.
In general, the longer and more sophisticated the ritual, the better. But that’s only true to a point, when
the amount of physical time and energy put into the ritual matches the amount of energy in the
intention then continuing the ritual will have no more effect — plus it tends to make people uneasy. The
reason it makes people uneasy is that they’ll start to suspect you’re doing something more than you
said, since you should be able to feel when it’s enough.
In order to heal someone you need some form of connection. Physical presence is a connection, as is any
kind of relationship with that person. This means that you can heal someone you don’t know if you’re
physically present, and you can only remotely heal someone that you’ve already had some interaction
with.
To remotely heal someone you need to be able to find them on the spiritual plane, think of it that you
need to know their WhatsApp (the Internet is basically an imitation of the spirit world, so the same rules
apply.) If you know someone’s WhatsApp you can talk to them (if they pickup) wherever they are. To get
that person’s WhatsApp you need to have had some form of interaction with them, shared something,
for instance a conversation. So you can’t remotely heal a random person you’ve never had any
interaction with, but you can heal a random person whom you’ve just had a 5 minute Skype conversation
with.
Some people do become very skilled at finding people on the spiritual plane, and can connect to
someone they’ve heard about without communicating with them directly. They can do this in the same
way that you can search for someone online, or ask around to get their number, without actually having
met them. But it’s not a very useful skill, as there is really no reason to do this if you have their best
intentions — better to get their permission.
When you heal someone with physical presence, you put your hands on or over them and the energy
comes mostly out of your hands. On them is preferable because it helps the energy to flow into them
more directly. Over them also allows you to feel the energy flow more but what you’re feeling is actually
resistance. The tingly feeling of energy flowing is resistance — if there is no resistance at all then you
don’t actually feel the energy flowing, it just flows. Therefore don’t get attached to feeling the energy,
but trust that it is flowing.
Remote healing is no less powerful than healing with hands. Sometimes it’s better because you’re not
choosing where the energy goes, but allowing it to go to where it’s needed most, as directed by your
subconscious and theirs. But healing with hands can be more fun because it’s more tangible! Both work
more or less as well as each other.
They need to pickup
The other person has to accept your healing. Unless the person is unusually (and probably dangerously)
open, you won’t be able to remotely heal them unless they know and have accepted that you are doing
it right now. You can also do it forwards or backwards in time, but again they need to have agreed to it,
and it’s confusing to arrange to heal someone at a different time.
It is a two-way street, you can’t heal someone who doesn’t want to be healed or is intending for it to not
work (e.g. it conflicts with their anti-spiritual beliefs), either consciously or subconsciously. That said,
you might be able to do it if you were very powerful and willing to be invasive, but again, not a very
useful skill. More likely you’ll just end up in a psychic battle with that person who will see your
attempted entry into their energy as an attack and will probably retaliate.
For healing with physical presence, the fact that the person is letting you put your hands over them is at
least some acceptance. They might still be guarding parts of their body though, especially the hurt parts,
which incidentally are the parts that need healing most. Hence trust is paramount. If the person doesn’t
trust you then you’re just wasting your time, and theirs. Energy healing is typically using soft, flowing
energy which is non-invasive so if they put up a wall then nothing will flow.
This is the most misunderstood part of energy healing. There are different opinions. Some people believe
the energy comes from the universe and is channeled through the healer (that’s what Reiki teaches),
other people believe the healer is using their own energy. Both are true.
If done properly, you are using your energy but you can create, for practical purposes, an infinite amount
of your own energy. You are like a factory that generates your energy and you are so efficient at it that it
costs you very little to generate. You can generate it as fast as you can give it out, so its almost infinite for
practical purposes. Everyone’s energy is different, so every healer has a different energy.
This is only true so long as you have the intention to give that which you have. Unfortunately, many
people who are beginners to energy healing try to give the energy that they most value — which is the
energy they don’t have! They do this because they automatically assume the other person needs the
same energy they need (what they don’t have), and because in the same way that you can’t taste your
own tongue or smell your own smell, they are so accustomed to their own energy that they don’t feel it.
Hence you have to trust that you do have infinite of your own energy without actually being able to feel
the feeling of being you — you do feel it, it’s just that you’re accustomed to it. And if you start to run out
you’ll definitely know because you’ll feel like you’re losing yourself or dying! If you feel fine then you
have plenty.
You don’t have very much of the energy you don’t have! And you need it! Hence people who try to give
energy (give what they don’t have) very quickly become drained and feel low-energy after giving a
healing.
I’m sure this interpretation is at least closer to the truth than the channeling or using-your-energy beliefs
because (1) every healer observably does have a unique energy, and if it were chanelled then it wouldn’t
be so unique, and (2) it is observably true that you have a more-or-less infinite supply of that, and (3)
people who have taken my advice and stopped trying to give the energy they most value no longer
become drained.
To do this you simply trust that you have the energy and intend to give that which you have. You only
need to set that intention once and then just relax into the healing, without straining or trying, and it
flows smoothly. After setting that intention a few sessions in a row then it’s set subconsciously and you
will no longer need to even think about it. It’s also very useful to do this, i.e. giving only what you already
have, as a general life rule.
Your energy is your story; it’s you. It’s the story of how you got to where you are, including how your
ancestors got to where they are (since you were born following exactly those instructions.) It’s millions of
years of evolution of problem solving and adaptive growth. Hence your energy contains within it the
solution to every problem that you’ve ever overcome.
If you get a disease your immune system fights it off. Once fought off you now have resistance or
immunity to that disease. Why? Because your immune system learned the strategy that defeated the
disease. The word ‘strategy’ makes it sound very formal and masculine, but the strategy is actually a
story not a set of rules.
For me to get from my villa to the beach I don’t just go left, then straight, then right, then straight (which
are rules.) I do do that, but also I have to avoid the dog sitting in the road, and I have to wait for a gap in
the traffic, etc. It’s a whole story to get from A to B containing both rules and events that require
adaptability. If you try to follow only the Google Maps directions blindfolded, then you won’t get there,
and you also won’t get there if you overcome obstacles whilst walking in a random direction — both are
necessary.
That metaphor is precisely how energy healing works. Your energy contains the story of how you
overcame a similar problem. What you are doing is subconsciously teaching them methods for
overcoming their problems.
This of course only works if you have overcome a similar problem yourself. Everyone has different
experiences, so everyone has something to offer, but it really works when the person being healed has
an issue that you have already overcome yourself. And that is why different people are attracted to
different healers, and it’s why sometimes your energy has a big effect on one person and a small effect
on another.
What you are also doing is just giving them energy that can be used for anything their body wants to put
it toward, and sometimes it’s what that person needs because they’ve already figured out how to solve
the problem, they just don’t have the energy to do it. However, if they haven’t figured it out and you
haven’t either then you are only helping them temporarily — it won’t last. They’ll feel better for a short
while and then go back to exactly how they were before once they’ve used up the excess energy they
just got from you. That said, they could be using the energy to help them figure out how to overcome
their problem, so it’s not necessarily that it was wasted.
This is also why one healer can only help so much. Someone who is looking for healing is best advised to
visit many different healers, as each may be able to offer a different piece of the puzzle.
To be more exact, your energy is both just energy and also your story, but they can just ignore the story
and use it as energy, i.e. dissolve it and convert it into their own energy, if they prefer. Like you do with
food.
Healing hurts
It’s not getting damaged that hurts, it’s healing that hurts. If you get cut the pain comes
immediately after the cut. It’s not the alcohol that hurts, its the hangover. It’s not theft itself that hurts
but realizing that something is missing and having to now cope with that. This is why people avoid
healing, because healing hurts.
If you’re a healer you’ll find that some people are attracted to you, these are people who need your
energy and want to heal. Some people don’t have an opinion either way, those are people whose issues
are not ones you can help with, that’s fine, you can still be friends. And some people are actively hostile
for no apparent reason, those are people who you could heal but they can’t face the pain and hence
when they’re around you they are in pain and blame you for it (which you can avoid by intending to not
help them.)
If you are healing someone you also get energy from them, specifically their energy. That’s fine because
they have an infinite amount of their own energy. It’s a two-way street. Maybe their energy is great for
you, maybe you don’t need it. Don’t try to block their energy coming to you too, else you’ll be
simultaneously blocking your energy going to them.
This is why in Reiki it’s said that you are healed at the same time as the person being healed. Although in
Reiki it’s described as you being healed as the energy is channeled through you. I suspect there is an
element of this, in the sense that you’re refreshing your supplies by digging into your energy reserves
whilst simultaneously generating fresh energy from the energy all around you. But for the most part I
believe the energy you receive comes from the other person. This is observable in that you feel
differently after healing different people.
I’ve heard it said that some people receive negative energy from the person they are attempting to heal.
This doesn’t happen to me, and that’s mostly because I don’t believe it, which is the same thing as to say
that I don’t accept it.
You don’t have to be open to receiving random negative energy from the other. BUT if you’re scared of
receiving negative energy then you are opening yourself up to it. Being scared of something is in a weird
masochistic way, kind of like wanting it, or at least it encourages it to happen. You tend to get what you
are afraid of, or perhaps more correctly: you get what you put your attention on (positive or negative.)
I suppose the best advice here is that if you do feel that you would absorb negative energy from
someone, either don’t heal them, or do with the intention to face that fear. If you fear it then that
implies that it will happen, so face the fear or avoid it.
Some people perform cleansing rituals after a healing to ‘get rid of’ negative energy they may have
accidentally absorbed. That’s okay, but for me the intention of simply not accepting that energy seems to
do the trick just fine.
Symbols
Symbols are fairly straightforward. In Reiki symbol usage is common, less so in other modalities. Basically
a symbol is just like a word, it is a form that is associated with a more-complex intention/meaning and so
you can imply the entire intention just by thinking of or drawing the symbol that has been previously
defined to mean that intention. In the same way I can say ‘table’ and you know what I mean without me
having to describe what it looks like; the word contains the meaning (just like form contains energy.)
You don’t need symbols, but they can also be very useful. It’s a matter of personal preference.
The advantage of receiving pre-defined symbols from your modality is that they are given to you with
the intentions built-in. You accept both the symbol and its associated intention, and when you use the
symbol your intention is that it does what you believe it should do. So it does. It’s another headstart
again, good for beginners. But there is no reason why you can’t make your own symbols with intentions
you define, or just go with the flow and put out an intuitive intention that the energy will do whatever is
best for the person being healed. Different approaches work better for different personalities, so it
depends on you.
Intermediate level
I will now dive into more advanced healing, first intermediate level.
The following are methods that I’ve found by experience tend to increase the healing effect.
Breathwork
Breathing deeply and regularly really makes a tangible difference. It allows you to generate energy faster
and more efficiently, since breath is where a lot of your energy comes from.
Breathwork is one of those area where technique really does have an effect that’s clearly advantageous
to only intention. Good breathwork means better healing, I’ve never seen an episode where it did not
help.
Grounding
Being grounded, i.e. your feet touching the ground, also works very well and especially in combination
with good breathwork. Feel the energy coming up through the ground and into you on the inbreath, and
then flowing out of you on the outbreath.
A passive attention to the energy flow and/or energy field works wonders. When I say passive intention I
mean that you should not try or strain to feel it, but know that you are feeling it and gently will the
feeling to become more tangible on its own accord.
This passive, non-straining, relaxed attention is key to good energy flow. Second best is letting your mind
wander. Worst is actually trying to give energy.
You can also practice healing on your own by just feeling the energy in your fingertips, hands or other
parts (or all of) you body. The passive attention on that part of you body will cause it to become more
sensitive and tingly, which means more energy is flowing into that area. With a little practice you can
charge any part of your body with energy in this manner.
If you can summon feelings of love, or any other feeling that you intuitively feel is appropriate for that
person, that tends to increase the healing effect. Again, don’t force it. If it doesn’t come to you naturally
then don’t worry about it — maybe you’re already heading in the right direction.
The feeling that people call ‘love’ is not the same for everyone, it’s a blanket term that means whatever
that person feels they need at the moment — although for most people that doesn’t change during their
life. With a little practice and empathy you can usually intuit what that person needs. Again, allow it to
happen but don’t force it.
I read this in a book and tried it, and it worked remarkably well. Going through the colors of the rainbow
and imagining each of the colors seems to increase the healing effect. I believe this is because each color
has an associated energy, and each color is associated with a different chakra, and so by looping through
them all you are intending to provide the full-spectrum of energy.
I usually do: bright red, fiery orange, sun yellow, grass green, sky blue, deep blue, violet, deep purple,
copper, silver, gold, white.
You can intend to do all kinds of things. Intend to create a cloud of energy that follows the person
around, slowly giving it to them. Intend to wrap them in healing bandages, etc.
It all seems to work, and it’s sometimes nice to end a session with one or more of these things which
gives the person being healed a little extra pep.
Of course not everyone likes using structures, so do what feels right for your own style. Technically this is
getting into spells, i.e. design-based, structural magic (masculine), rather than intuitive magic (feminine),
but that’s OK.
When you are healing you are using a combination of masculine and feminine energy, as we all have
both. But in general men have more masculine energy and women have more feminine energy — and
it’s usually a lot more, not just a little difference.
Really both are needed for the very best healing sessions. Masculine energy is much more invasive, like a
sword or a needle that goes directly to the point of injury and removes problematic energy that is
causing the block. Feminine energy is much more healing in that it encourages regrowth, seals energetic
wounds, etc.
With too much masculine energy you can fix the problem and then leave the person with open wounds
in their aura, which just causes another problem, and makes it easy for the negative energy to take root
again. With too much feminine energy you often can’t get to the root of the problem at all, and you’re
basically requiring their body to do that itself and so you are just providing the energy for their body to
heal itself and helping with the regrowth.
Having a man and a woman both healing the same person at the same time works absolute wonders.
However, you can also develop more of the other complimentary energy inside yourself, by practicing it
and getting into the feeling of it.
I’ve discovered that my left hand more easily gives feminine energy and my right hand more easily gives
masculine energy. Who knew!? Makes sense though.
Advanced
Now we step into the advanced territory. Everything I’ve said thus far is all working on the first level of
the aura, and although it bleeds into the other levels, you can affect the other levels directly.
Our physical bodies are level one and are form-based, that is they have a tangible and physical form. The
next level is the aura, which is energy-based, like a soft cloud of energy, and that is usually where you are
working. But the levels go on, alternating between form and energy. The next level after the aura is
another form-based level, in which you can visibly see (with your internal vision) the structure or pattern
that the physical body is attempting to match. In this level you can see the blocks, parasites and implants
that are causing the disruptions in the aura and the physical body. These things actually exist physically
in that energy level.
Often clearing the energy-field is only temporary because there is a block, parasite or implant on aura
level 2. You’re clearing and healing the effects of it on aura level 1, but you’re not removing the root
cause.
Now, I know that it’s common belief that the root causes are all emotional or belief based. However,
emotions and beliefs are physical structures on higher levels of the aura! They actually exist in reality as
forms on a higher frequency. The same is true with imagination, it actually exists as a reality in this world
but on a higher level.
If you can see into this level, which you can do with intent and practice, then you can effect that level
directly.
Implants are metallic-looking structures, i.e. they are hard and they don’t move. It’s my belief that these
are put in my other people, or potentially by spirits, but usually by other people. Implants are typically
coils, needles, or chips. Once I saw an entire head-cage, and I’ve also seen chastity-belts. Basically
anything that you can think of in this physical plane can and has been put in energetically into the 2nd
level of aura, since both of these are form-planes and so both are following more-or-less the same
physical laws.
There are also binds that are sort of fabric or skin based, also put in by other people. Taboos for
example, exist as binds like gags over the mouth or throat that stop the person from saying something.
Someone who has been abused frequently has such gags to stop them from talking about it.
These things are put in by the malicious intent of other people. Just like for healing you don’t need to
know what you’re doing, but you are still doing something specific… to put these things in people don’t
need to know they are doing it, they do it subconsciously. This does not mean that they were not doing
it on purpose. Anything you do subconsciously is done on purpose, if anything your subconscious is more
honest about your true intentions (good or malicious) than your conscious/known self.
These solid-structures are easily removed, because they don’t fight back. They’re just things. To remove
them they need to be removed in the same way that you’d remove the same thing if it existed on this
physical plane.
The 2nd level of aura, which is form, is more reactive to imagination than this physical plane. People put
these implants in with imagination, and so you can remove them by imagining how you would remove
them here. You can imagine yourself with a hack-saw, for example, and cut it off. But you’d better be
careful not to damage the person. Sometimes they are just clipped on and can be clipped off. Sometimes
they are screwed in, and the screws can be screwed out… delicately as it’s painful for the person. You
should be able to see how it was put on, and so you can take it off the same way.
It’s worth noting that while you are imagining yourself interacting with the second level of aura, you do
need to not over-imagine by imagining that what you did worked when it didn’t — it does has to actually
work. This is a different type of imagination to just imagining things. Really it’s just closer to imagination,
but isn’t actually imagination. If you push something, it should move by itself, you don’t just imagine it
moving. We should have another word for interacting with the 2nd aura level. Anyway, you’ll get the
hang of it with practice. Just be delicate — you’re in someone else’s body!
Needles are fairly easy to remove, you make small incision and delicately pull them out. Coils are a little
harder, sometimes they have to be snipped into smaller pieces to pull them out without damaging the
energy-body of the person more than is absolutely necessary. Obviously heal and bandage-up the
wounds afterward.
Chips are weird because they are sort of advanced technology implants. Genuinely, I didn’t believe in
such a thing until I saw it for myself, and only afterward did I find out that other healers have seen them
too. Anyway, they can be removed fairly easily. They appear to emit unhealthy frequencies that disturb
the mind and body of the person they are in.
Parasites
Yuck! These things are nasty. They exist as the fauna of that plane in the same way that parasites exist on
this plane. They tend to sit inside the energy centers, such as chakras and consume that energy, or they
sit along the spine. Often you’ll find chips and parasites go together, I believe this is because the
disturbing frequency emitted by the chips either attracts the parasites, or else it weakens the
surrounding body which allows the parasite to take root.
The ones I’ve seen look like centipedes, lots of little spiky legs and a head with teeth. I’ve also seen ones
with tendrils, sort of like an octopus, or like the roots of a tree, that grow throughout the body.
If they have spiky legs, you can’t really pull them out so easily. If you can get the other person to work
with you, it’s easier. They can command their body to reject the parasite at the same time you pull it out,
by imagining the flesh around the parasite turning slippery as you pull — I’ve found this much more
effective than the first thing I tried, which was just cutting them out. You can also cut the tendrils off and
remove them piece by piece, but then you risk leaving some of it in there. If you don’t get the head, it
may grow back. Basically they’re removable but it’s a process that requires patience and persistence. As I
said, if you can communicate with the person being healed and work together, it’s much easier.
The parasite will also fuck off if it’s not getting the negative energy it feeds on. So you can get rid of them
just by healing the first level of the aura combined with the person changing their beliefs and the
behavior that is sustaining their negative-thought-pattern or negative-belief. However, it’s a sort of
chicken or egg situation because it’s also the parasite that’s causing the negative-behavior and thought-
patterns, so telling them to just change their belief is like telling them to just reject the parasite. Try
removing it surgically, and healing the 1st level of aura, and them changing their negative beliefs,
behavior and thought-patterns.
Everything in your body, and aura, which is also your body, influences your mind. Your opinions are not
just your opinions, they’re the opinions of everything in you. Your beliefs are not just your beliefs,
they’re the beliefs of everything in you.
When a parasite is dying, the host feels that pain, because it is in them. Technically it is part of them.
When the parasite is hungry the host wants what the parasite feeds on. This is one of them problems
with such things; the person being healed is also partly the parasite! If the parasite doesn’t want to be
removed then the host feels at least partially the same way. Hence the person needs to learn how to
differentiate between their own feelings and the feelings of other entities that are possessing them.
Generally the trick is that the loud, demanding voices are not really them, and the quiet persistent voice
they know really is speaking the truth — that’s the real them.
The same is true of chips, they influence the mind of the host. They programme them, make them do
things they don’t want to do, etc.
This is why changing beliefs is so hard. The negative behavior is actually good for some part of the body
(i.e. the parasite), it’s probably just not a part that is supposed to be there.
Additionally, parasites and chips can be advantageous at some periods of life, in desperate times. Often
people invite them in at dire times of their life because the energy that the parasite provides makes
them stronger, helps them to not feel, helps them to ignore the truth, helps them to be more aggressive
when they didn’t otherwise have the energy to do so. It helped them in one desperate circumstance
when they had no one else to turn to, and then it refuses to leave. Or it tricks the host, telling them that
it can help them, and maybe it does for a while, and then stops doing so when they’ve become
dependent on it.
Sometimes the person actually does still want the parasite because even though it’s causing all kinds of
trouble in them, they are dependent on its energy. For example, they are not prepared to face
something in their life and the energy of the parasite keeps them sedated. In this case there is nothing
that can remove it, they’ll secretly thwart all attempts to remove it.
Because the person may have invited the parasite in, many years ago, telling it “thank you for what
you’ve done for me, I do appreciate it, but sadly we need to go our separate ways now” can work. Once
in the parasite will have grown with the person, and could have been there since infancy, so in a weird
way they’re kind of like partners. Old friends. I’ve personally had a particularly stubborn parasite that
resisted all attempts to remove it but finally left when I told it “I’m sorry, you’re hurting me, I don’t hate
you, it’s just our time together is over.” It’s like a break-up!
Because of all this, the person really has to choose to change their beliefs, and act accordingly, which
often means acting against their feelings (which are the feelings of the parasite, not just their own.) Then
they have to go through the pain of the parasite dying, because it is in them and so they feel it’s pain.
This they must choose to do, and act against their noisy feelings in favor of the subtle quiet voice that
whispers the truth. It’s tough. And that’s why energy surgery is useful for fast-forwarding this process.
These parasites incidentally are the same thing as what are also called evil spirits. But on the second
level of the aura, this is what they look like. On the first level, they look more like spirits.
I did a trial a year ago in which I hired 20 experienced meditators to meditate on a symbol with the
intention of sending healing energy into a pool, whilst simultaneously drawing energy from the pool. So
everyone was healing everyone else simultaneously and they could connect into it at any time. This was
all based around a symbol programmed with a sophisticated spell/intention which includes various terms
and conditions, including how it connects forward or backward in time, can only share positive energy,
etc. (A spell in this context is sort of like a contract, sort of like a computer programme.)
After a few rounds of trial and error to tweak the spell… it worked! The feedback from the group was
incredibly positive, many of them saying how much their lives were improving, and I could feel the
energy every time I connected into it. I learned a lot from this, especially about what does and doesn’t
work when attempting to do group, remote healings over time and distance. Unfortunately when I
stopped paying the people to do it, they stopped doing it. This was extremely disappointing because I
thought they’d continue, but all went straight back to their normal lives without the money incentive to
stay a part of it. So there’s a lesson in there somewhere about how most people don’t
actually want healing; they want to just live their lives as they are already doing. In their defense, there’s
nothing wrong with that! (But I admit I’m disappointed by the experience.)
I give this example as an example of the lengths you can go and the vast possibilities for healing, energy
work and magic. However, there is another lesson I learned from this experience, which is that we do
exist within a framework of spiritual laws. It did take some tweaking before the spell took, it does have
to be defined according to certain rules. You can’t just make stuff up. Specifically you need to
know how it works if you trying to create something new, and you build on existing foundations to create
new things. If you are just intuiting then what you are doing is using techniques and structures that
already exist, that someone else previously created. That’s fine, but if you want to do something that’s
not been done before, or solve a problem that’s never been solved, then you do so by building a new
structure out of existing structures… in the same way that you can build a new poem out of previously
existing words, or a new house out of previously existing bricks.
Summary
I hope I’ve not missed anything. I think that covers more or less all of level 1 and level 2 aura healing,
both intuitive and technique-based, and even a little spell-work for good measure.
I hope it helps, and remember: you don’t need to follow anything I’ve written here, do what feels right
for you!

If you are depressed without obvious reason, hearing voices, feeling suicidal, always feeling drained,
feeling under attack without obvious cause, having random panic attacks, or similar symptoms, I can help
you.
Human beings do not get randomly depressed, live in a constant state of fear, or hear voices telling them
to kill themselves… for no reason. It’s not a chemical imbalance. It’s a psychic attack, and these types of
attacks are so common, everyone experiences them. In this article I will tell you exactly how to protect
yourself against psychic attack and stop it from happening to you ever again.
Magic is becoming more tangible in this world every day. Techniques for both healing and for psi-attacks
are evolving at an enormous speed. What can be done with both are expanding almost on a daily basis.
The connection between healing and psychic attacks, including both shadow-spirit attacks and psi-
vampire attacks, is under-appreciated by almost all healers, but reasonably well understood by spirits
and psychic vampires — giving them a slight advantage. It’s a fox and rabbit game. To put it simply:
energy healers are not keeping up to date on the evolution of psychic vampirism, humans who are,
either consciously or subconsciously, stealing energy. Whereas the vampires are quite up to date with
what’s going on in the healers’ world. This is willful ignorance on the part of healers, many of whom
prefer to deny the truth rather than face it.
Spirits are real. Energy is real. Magic is real. Most people do not believe in these things, some do. Those
who do can consciously manipulate energy. Many good things can be done with magic and energy, but
on the dark side it can be used to control people, drain them of life-force, possess them, and essentially
manipulate them into thinking or feeling anything.
The spirit world also has another world below it, and the physical world has another above, but to keep
things simple, let’s just talk about two places that exist together: the world of form, what we call the
‘physical’ world, and the spirit world. The relationship between the physical (form) world and the spirit
world, is a masculine/feminine relationship. The physical world provides security and stability for the
spirit. It is your physical body that defends, protects and contains your spirit. All of your feelings come
from spirit. Everything you feel, is happening physically in spirit. That’s what feelings are. If you feel
emotionally hurt it is because your spirit body is physically hurt. If you feel in high spirits, it is because
your spirit body is energized. If you feel that someone is hurting you, even if they are acting nicely, it is
because they are hurting your spirit body. A psychic attack is an attack on your spirit body, which is an
attack on your physical energy and emotion. This isn’t just a metaphor; I can see it with my eyes. If you
integrate your shadow, you’ll see it too.
The real question is: why can’t everyone see the spirit world? It’s because of rejection, suppression and
denial. Your body and your spirit (or spirit body) don’t have to work together. They choose to work
together, or not. So to answer the question, the reason why most people cannot see into spirit is
because they don’t have any spiritual eyes because they are not communicating with their spirit. This is
also true physically: your brain doesn’t necessarily know what you heart is doing unless they
communicate. They can function independently to keep you alive, but you’ll lose contact with your heart
if you ignore it, reject it or deny it. The same is true with spirit. If you reject your spirit body, which
everyone who denies its existence does, then it doesn’t cease to exist, but it acts on its own. The effect
is, if you don’t believe in spirit, you reject it, and if you reject it then you don’t see it. By rejecting your
spirit body, your soul is split into two pieces, both of which are conscious but you are only one part of it.
You exist here in the physical world, and your other-half exists in the spirit world, and neither of you can
see the other, yet you still have massive influence on one another.
This results in a sort of tragedy/comedy because your body is looking for your spirit, your spirit is looking
for you body, they are mostly occupying the same space most of the time, but neither can see the other.
Each of them does what they can to survive, but their survival is inherently linked, and they need
opposite things to survive. It becomes a war with oneself. The spirit needs form, and the body needs
spirit. Long story short: the spirit will try to find safety in someone else’s body, and the body will try to
steal someone else’s spirit. Both unsatisfactory, and both end up feeling abandoned and betrayed.
So in practice, as long as you continue to suppress any positive or negative aspect of yourself, your soul is
split into multiple semi-conscious pieces. You are one of these pieces. It just so happens that you are one
of the physical body pieces, because otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this. Your spirit will probably
also be split into multiple pieces, usually at least two, and these are called: the shadow and the golden
shadow.
‘Normal’ people who don’t believe in these things are also extremely dangerous. Why? Because every
part of yourself that you reject goes into your shadow. What is a shadow? It’s every part of you that you
reject. Any aspect of your personality that you are unwilling to show to the world still exists in a semi-
conscious spirit that is a part of you but you ignore it. There is the golden shadow, which is all the good
things about yourself that you reject because you were told to be humble, a trick to weaken you. You
forever seek this part of yourself and fantasize about it, but it is your own rejection of your own positive-
aspects that cause you to lack them. Then there is the dark shadow: the parts of you that you don’t want
anyone to know about. All of your angers, fears, jealousy and guilt are here. This thing is alive and acts
on these impulses whenever you don’t.
If someone feels jealous or angry toward you, for whatever reason, and attempts to hide it, their shadow
will attack you spiritually. How bad can it get? Very, very bad. The shadow is the worst parts of that
person, with the good parts removed, so there are essentially no limits to its evil. What’s more, this
doesn’t necessarily go away if this person dies. If there is enough energy ‘suppressed’ into the shadow, it
will survive and continue to torment those whom it dislikes even after the death of the original owner of
the shadow. The deceased’s soul will eventually come back for this piece of themselves — in the
meantime, it’s gone rogue.
Then there are psychic vampires, people who have learned to steal your spirit to make up for their own
lack. Most are proud of their condition, they have their own books and websites, and share information
on new techniques they’ve learned to leech energy from their prey. You can read all about it in one of
their canonical books: The Psychic Vampire Codex (I won’t link to it, but it’s worth a read to know your
enemy, you can find it on Amazon.) Lower-level psychic vampires tend to be unconscious of their
activities, although that doesn’t stop them from draining you. Those that have more need to ‘feed’ or are
themselves more sensitive to spirit eventually realize what they are doing and find their kin, learning
how to feed consciously, and more efficiently in the process.
Psychic vampires are all created, not born, despite their own romanticization of their condition —
everyone wants to feel special. As the stories go, to be bitten by a vampire makes you a vampire.
Likewise to be bitten by a werewolf makes you a werewolf, and to be bitten by a zombie makes you a
zombie. The message here: people who are abused become abusers themselves. Generally speaking,
you become the monster that hurt you. This is true, but it is true in ability — not in necessity. You were
taught the skill, but no one is making you use it. If you were abused as a child, you need not also abuse.
However, there is a pull do to so because if you do you will temporarily get back the thing that was taken
from you, essentially you steal someone else’s spirit to make up for the missing part of your own. This
gives temporary relief but it doesn’t last because it doesn’t quite fit and will always be trying to get away
from you. You will then feel even worse and need to do it again — it’s like being addicted to a drug. This
is the coward’s way out.
Psychic vampires are psychic vampires because they have a bust chakra, one of their energy centers is
malfunctioning because they were abused when they were little (probably unconsciously), by someone
in their life who was themselves abused (probably a parent.) Or, the same thing seen from another
perspective: part of their spirit has been fully stolen by someone else and is working for that person and
not them. Either way, because they cannot generate a particular type of energy they need to survive,
they — being cowards — take it from another. They do to others what was done to them.
This theft or destruction of an important part of the person tends to happen in infancy, but it can and
does happen in adulthood too. The person then has the following options: beg, borrow or steal, the
energy they need. If they choose steal they become a vampire. If they choose borrow, they become
indebted to loan-shark spirits they must later repay or fight off. If they choose beg they become whiny
victims. And the other option is to trade, for example sex, for the energy they don’t have. Most people
fall into one or more of these categories to a greater or lesser extent.
Vampires can heal. Vampires are victims themselves, otherwise they would heal naturally. The process of
healing is the same as the process for psychic defense as I propose below. To defend is also to heal,
because your spiritual body will heal naturally if you can stop the attacks. Healing is not so much about
healing as it is about stopping the attacks and getting back what was lost. If you are a vampire, you can
follow my advice and, when healed, have all the energy you need without having to feed. If you are
being attacked by a vampire, by a shadow spirit, a spirit of the deceased, or a spirit unconnected to a
human, you can stop that by following my advice. It’s all the same process.
Feed or Possession?
An attack can be directly for energy, which can be an attempt to trigger an emotional response from you,
attempting to get you to release emotional energy so it can be easily sucked up (common for
unconscious vampires), or it can be a direct feeding on your spirit body. You have differing levels of
energy within the spirit body, the most obvious layers are: surface, aura, and soul, roughly speaking. This
is a simplification and the labels shouldn’t be taken too seriously, but it’s useful for understanding. The
surface level is the energy that is your excess and your fruit, so as long as its taken in small doses you
usually don’t mind. A drain on the aura level will start to seriously piss you off and you will feel that you
are being drained of energy, because this is your reserve, your bank account so-to-speak. A soul feed (or
‘deep’ feed) means the person is actually eating you — you will feel like you’re being eaten and dying,
which you are.
The second type of attack is for possession. The attack is to gain control over your personal power, which
will corresponds to a particular energy center. In this case it’s a domination, the person is attempting to
dominate you so that you surrender and part of your spirit will go into their body and work for them. You
are then ‘owned’. If successful, you will lose touch what that part of yourself, which will be made to work
for the other person and feed them forever… until you get it back from them, which many never do. For
example, someone can ‘steal your heart’ and you will then chase them, feeling you must have this
person because they are the missing part of you, meanwhile they will attempt to avoid you. It could well
be true that they have the part of you that you are missing, but they won’t give it back to you willingly.
Unfortunately your original heart was probably stolen when you were a child, and so you’re likely now
chasing after other people’s hearts that look kind of like yours — so it’s not that the latest flame actually
has yours. Likewise the person who does have yours, probably thinks it’s theirs, since they’ve had it for a
while now. Don’t worry, I’ll explain later how to get the original one back. Another common target is
your sexual energy, through sexual dominance, or your confidence, through putting you down. If
successfully possessed, you lose that part of yourself and they gain it. This is a very tangible feeling for
both parties. Even if they’re doing this subconsciously they do it because it makes them feel good, so
some part of them know they took it from you — they are not so stupid that they cannot connect two
dots together. They’re willingly denying it from entering their own consciousness because they don’t
want to feel bad about themselves. They know exactly what they’re doing, they’re just lying to
themselves too.
A full body possession is an attempt to take control of your body entirely. This is fairly rare because it
causes even the most skeptical person to wake up to the spiritual reality, and very few people will accept
this. It’s only possible if you have really, really shit boundaries. You have to be the type of person who
would give your life to someone else, someone who does not care about you at all and would consume
you for their own pleasure — and that is exactly what is happening. It can also result in multiple
personalities. Stopping this is the same process.
The crux of the ability for anyone to attack you, or possess you, is related directly to the concepts of
denial and permission. ALL attacks are related to another person that you know in some way. You must
be denying that someone you know is capable of this kind of evil, in order for it to happen, and you must
have unwittingly given permission at any point in the past, to anyone, not necessarily the currently
attacking person, to treat you this way.
That means someone you know is doing this to you, either directly or indirectly. It can be a parent,
sibling, spouse, friend or colleague. Probably they don’t know they’re doing it because it’s being done by
their shadow — but don’t let that fool you! Their shadow is part of them and follows their commands. It
does what they would do, if only they dared. This is not to say they can’t change, but they absolutely will
not change while it is working. Obviously they will deny that they are doing this and believe their denial.
But you should act as if they know, that’s the only way. Perhaps they are nice to you in person but resent
you horribly and have suppressed this. Suspect everyone!
It doesn’t matter if the person is conscious of their attack, such a psi-vampire, or whether they are
unconscious of it, i.e. an attack via shadow, or whether it is an indirect attack. An indirect attack means
that someone is being careless with the permission they have into your energy-field, i.e. they are
opening you up to attack by spiritual parasites, i.e. ‘evil’ (actually more like ‘animal’) spirits that exist only
in the spiritual plane. For example, if you always lock your door, but your spouse doesn’t, despite you
asking them too, or because you’re scared to ask them, then they are indirectly opening you up to attack
by spiritual snakes and spiders (not literally, but you can think of them like that.) Still you need to address
this permission/boundary issue with them directly.
The fauna of the spirit world, non-human or demonic spirits, I’ve skimmed over briefly because while
these can be the apparent cause of the attack, the true cause is always going to be boundary and
permission based. These spirits are like animals and only attack you because you’re already wounded.
The physical world is above the spirit world in authority, the spirits have to do what we tell them
to do BY OUR ACTIONS NOT OUR WORDS
Everything you do physically is also done in spirit
Your intention to do an action physically is it being done in spirit even if the action fails in the
physical world
Once permission is granted or withdrawn by action, this remains until undone by action
Spirits/shadows know all this, and their #1 trick is to make you think you don’t have a choice
What is this permission and where does it come from? It’s not actually a rule, it’s an effect. Spirits obey
form in the same way that a chair has to support you if you sit on it, and a stone has to fly if you throw it.
Form is just stronger than spirit… if spirit and form had a fight, form wins every time. Form cannot be
hurt by spirit like a rock cannot be hurt by the air. The result is that any spirit attempting to attack a form
has to do so by deception. It needs to trick you into allowing it in, and then it gets you from the inside.
Hence you see that the whole ‘permission’ game is just a way of understanding, it’s not that there’s
actually a record of who gave permission to what. Technically, permission doesn’t exist, it’s an
epiphenomenon. In practice though, it does work, and most spirits (and people) do believe in the
concept of permission.
Your spirit, body and soul are yours. Your personal power is yours. No one can take it from you. Or can
they? Because it’s yours they can take it from you, if you let them, and not if you don’t. Just deciding that
you don’t allow it anymore is not enough, you have to prove that you mean it, by trying to defend it —
even if you suspect that the action won’t work, it’s the intention to act on defending it that has the
effect. For example, if someone is trying to rape you and you surrender to it, they will be able to rape
you in spirit every day from then on and so can anyone else. But if you don’t surrender, even if you don’t
manage to stop them they will NOT get your spirit, and your spirit will still be safe afterward.
You only have to give permission once, and you can be attacked forever. Most give it as infants, because
infants trust blindly and cannot say “no”. And that’s that. You gave permission. If you gave permission to
someone who then took a particular energy or thing from you, then anyone can take that energy or
thing from you. To undo it, you take back permission. You can do that with anyone who is currently
trying to take it from you. Even if that person isn’t really trying to take it from you, but you think that
they are, i.e. you have the wrong guy… that’s OK, it will still work as long as your intention and action are
both there. If this person truly isn’t your enemy, they will forgive your attempt to take back your power
from them, because that’s what real friends do. If they don’t forgive, it’s probably because they really
were trying to take it.
Intending to want to confront someone about an attack will result very quickly in you being given that
test. You’re challenging them in spirit, they will turn up physically very soon.
This sounds easy, and it is. So why aren’t people doing it? It’s because of social rules. You have to intend
to withdraw permission AND perform an action that symbolizes that intention AND then enforce it
against tests. If you don’t enforce it, then you don’t intend it. It just so happens that you cannot do this
without breaking social rules, because what you have is a confrontation with a person who is going to
deny what you are confronting them about. They are going to say you are crazy, so be willing to be called
crazy without taking back what you said. What does this look like in practice?
You need to break social rules. It’s not okay in our society to randomly accuse people of attacking you in
spirit and ordering them to stop — do it anyway. Find the person attacking you, or anyone who you feel
might be attacking you, and withdraw the permission directly. You can do this politely, or you can
seriously attack them verbally, which will be symbolizing an full-on assault in the spirit world. If you have
anger towards them, better do the latter, otherwise you’re not being authentic and it may not take. Be
honest.
When I discovered this I did not hold back. There was a conscious psi-vamp who had been draining me
for months. I’d suspected him for a while, then he did it right in front of me, touching me without
permission and draining all my energy in a split-second. At the time I was so shocked and weakened I did
nothing. Every night after that I woke up drained and saw his face. After a couple of weeks of this I knew
I had to do something. I tried reasoning with him over messages, but he acted as if he didn’t understand.
So I went to see him. I was scared to approach and could feel the struggle inside me as I drove there.
Even though the fear was not warranted from a logical perspective — this itself was a battle of wills, his
defenses were already engaging. By the time I stood in front of him, I’d already won. Walking right up to
him I ripped into him “Don’t touch me. F*** you. You disgust me. Never contact me again!” Then I left,
not giving him a chance to respond. He never contacted me again and the attacks stopped instantly. That
phrase “never contact me again” was the key phrase here, ‘contact’ is broad-phrase in both the physical
world and the spiritual. I used the same with my older brother, who had been sending me hate and
jealousy since we were kids, draining my energy, trying to convince me to kill myself, probably
unconsciously, but there is only one way to stop it: withdraw access. I called him out of the blue, after
not speaking for some months, hoping that would be enough but it wasn’t, and I told him the
same “F*** you. You disgust me. Never contact me again” those attacks stopped too.
Don’t tell the person “if you do it again xyz will happen” because that is not withdrawing permission, it’s
giving them permission with consequences — not the same thing. Likewise, it doesn’t matter what the
person replies to your order. They do not need to acknowledge it. Almost always their reply will be some
form of manipulation to try to get you to doubt yourself or take back the order. Don’t even grace them
with an answer, unless you’re sure you know what you’re doing. I’m going to restate this: do not answer
their questions. Speak your order with the intention of speaking directly to their spirit and then leave.
I’ve used this speaking to the spirit method on many people now. As I gained confidence with it, I could
do it more calmly. There was an occasion when a stranger began a conversation with a friend, and I had a
terrible feeling about it. I pulled her away from the conversation and asked if she felt the same, she did,
but didn’t understand why because the stranger was being polite and friendly — yet something felt very
wrong. I walked over to the stranger and spoke to her spirit directly “don’t steal people’s energy”, and
walked away. She shouted after me that I was rude and tried to engage me in a debate, so I told
her “don’t talk to me”, she continued, so I said again “don’t talk to me” then ignored her. She left and all
was well.
By now you probably know who you need to confront, it’s anyone who you feel drained talking to.
Anyone who makes you feel small or bad in any way. Anyone who’s face you see in your mind’s eye when
you feel attacked. It’s anyone who you really, really don’t want to confront about this. It’s the person
who you think absolutely wouldn’t do this and would be heartbroken if you brought it up with them.
Why? Because if you are scared of confronting this person on this issue, ask yourself: why are you
scared? Guilt is a trick used to control. If you genuinely feel guilty about something, be sorry about it and
that’s that. If you know you didn’t really do anything wrong, that guilt is being projected onto you in
order stop you from defending yourself. Many of the worst attackers put on a show of being weak and
vulnerable, or being friendly and nice… believe what you feel, not what they want you to see.
The most aggressive vampires are very charismatic, with bright shining eyes. They will be quick witted
and have an aura of grace and charm. Most people fall for the show. Trust your instincts.
Boundaries
Anything you consider to be yours is within your energy and in some sense is a part of you. If you’re
sensitive you actually feel if one of your possessions is mistreated. Everything in your territory is part of
your greater spirit. So what is your territory? Certainly your body, and your home, and probably also your
possessions. Make sure you enforce boundaries on all of these. You decide who interacts with them and
how.
Do not let people touch you without your permission. This includes hugs and handshakes. That doesn’t
mean you need to stop hugging and handshaking, although you can, and I have done this (I would even
recommend it.) The point is not to make everyone ask for your permission, it’s to go with
your feeling rather than let social expectations, or another person, dictate what you do. Go ahead and
touch when you want to, but if you feel that you’re being pressured into it, refuse it. Do it sometimes,
and not others, to know that you can refuse. As long as you can refuse without fear then your spirit
body is well protected. Sure, some people will think you’re rude, but only the people who
were intending to take more than was on offer.
Being radically authentic not only makes you safe and powerful, but your friends like it too. At first when
I began not-hugging or handshaking I was surprised by how most people respected it nicely, and how
obvious it was that those who did take it personally were not respectful people. Soon enough my friends
started to appreciate the special occasions I did volunteer physical contact, because it meant so much
more to them.
The same applies to your home and possessions. Don’t give blanket access to anyone! Don’t say “my
home is your home”. It seems nice but it opens you up to indirect attack. It means this other person can
be manipulated into giving access to your energy. Make everyone ask permission. Don’t let anyone stay
in your house without putting in ground rules. I had an ex-girlfriend who, out of principle, never locked
her door, refused to put a password on her phone, and left the key in her motorbike. When we began to
live together I was constantly attacked by critters and could only stop it by kicking her out.
Obviously this makes relationships and families a delicate issue. To manage this situation the boundaries
must be clear. Who does and who doesn’t have permission to do what? The kids should not be able to
allow in friends without permission. The adults should ask permission from each other, unless they
genuinely fully trust one another’s judgement — which let’s face it, isn’t usually the case. Don’t pretend
it’s the case if it’s not, or your shadow will start to cause trouble.
If this sounds too draconian to be worth doing, it actually has the opposite effect. If you enforce strict
boundaries fairly and respectfully, everyone loves you for it. You’d be surprised. There is an exception,
which is anyone who was intending to steal your energy — they will hate you for it, and good thing too,
because it shows you who is who right off the bat without any harm being done.
Remember this: most people are controlled by the opinion of others. You will never be safe as long as
you want everyone to like you, because someone else’s opinion of you will always be under their power
and not yours. Wanting someone to like you puts you under that person’s power, and it makes you enter
a power struggle with them for that opinion which you cannot win. Let them think what they will, and
disassociate yourself from it. You don’t need their approval.
Self-Defense
For a start, don’t identify with every thought or feeling that you just so happen to have. Most people
believe that if a thought is in their head, or if they feel something, it is theirs. This is not the case. I would
go as far as to say that none of the voices in your head are your voice. You don’t need to talk to yourself,
you are yourself. Having said that, spirit is not so defined as form. But one thing is clear, a spirit can be on
your side or it can be working against you. That’s an easy way to tell the difference: if it’s not helping
you, disassociate from it and kick it out.
As I said earlier, anything you can do physically, you can also do in spirit. Learning martial arts had a
tremendous impact on my ability to protect myself in spirit. This has a double effect. Firstly, it gives
confidence in confrontations that allows you to be convincing and assertive in a calm and relaxed
manner, without the need for aggression. Secondly, it gives you access to similar skills in spirit. You
become better able to block spiritual attacks if you can block kicks and punches, and if you can take them
calmly without flinching.
After only a couple of classes of Muay Thai, a demonic spirit came to visit me in the night as I was trying
to fall asleep, leeching my energy. Because I can see spirits, it was particularly nightmarish, looking like a
giant insect floating over me — not a pretty sight. But the training came in handy, my spirit body
punched it, and it left. Never again did one of these critters of the spirit world come to visit. All it took
was the courage to actually fight back, which I got by intending to learn how to fight.
Another time, I was riding the motorbike and someone passed me on the other side of the road. I didn’t
get a good look at them, it may have been the aforementioned psi-vamp, but regardless I saw their spirit
body throw what appeared to be a javelin with a rope attached to it, right at me… a feeding attempt
from a particularly strong vampire with good aim. My spirit body deflected the javelin with an arm
movement. Another good example that comes from martial art training, just a little training gives you
access to hard, shielding energy structures and quick reactions. In both of these cases, I didn’t have to
consciously will my spirit body to do this, it did it of its own accord.
Another good exercise is throwing stones. Throwing is, like martial arts, a basic human defense that
applies to both body and spirit. Being able to throw stones at a target and hit it more or less accurately,
will give you that ability in spirit.
Cleaning works too. Every action in the physical world is an action in spirit too. Take a shower. Clean your
house. It helps. Some people believe spirits cannot pass over water, so taking a shower or a swim can
make you feel better, at least temporarily.
Finally, wearing more clothes, especially heavier cloth, can reduce the intensity of attacks. And if the
attack strengthens during at night, keep on a light.
I said that spirits have to follow what you tell them by action. They require permission. This is true, but
it’s true to the extent that someone in your house has to leave if you tell them to. They do, because it’s
your house. But they don’t, because technically… they don’t have to.
What happens if they don’t? Your options are: physically remove them, get help, and/or call the police.
The same is true in spirit.
The reason why no spirit, vampire, or shadow, no matter how powerful, cannot steal from you without
your permission is because this is enforced in the spirit world by what is essentially the spirit police, in
exactly the same way that this is enforced in the physical world. Except the spirit police are less likely to
be corrupt and respond quicker.
This is also why you only need the intention and action, but the action doesn’t have to be successful.
That is, you don’t need the other person to acknowledge that you told them to stop, or promise not to
do it again, you only need to dare to make it clear. If they ignore your warning, you can just call the
police. But… if you try to call the police without actually withdrawing the permission first, the police are
going to think you are wasting their time. At least try yourself before asking for help.
This only applies to that which is actually yours in spirit. That’s why you can order someone to stop
attacking you, but you cannot order them to give you their own energy (unless they surrender to you
and allow you to dominate them.) It’s because your body is yours and this is enforced by good spirits
who are there to help you, if you ask for it, because… free will. Or to put it another way: it’s not entirely
clear in the spirit world whether you want to be eaten, or not. It looks obvious to you that you don’t
want to be eaten or have your energy stolen, or be possessed, but there are spirits, and even humans,
that do want these things. There are tons of spirits who want nothing more than to be devoured
because it provides security, they become a smaller part of a larger entity instead of an independently
conscious being, which let’s face it, can be quite stressful. So to get help you have to be clear about what
you want and don’t want, by your actions of actually trying to fight off what you don’t want.
Almost always, like in life, just telling someone to get out of your house is good enough because they’re
not so stupid that they will let themselves get arrested — and the same is true with spirits and your
energy. Every now and again you might come across someone who is willing to commit a crime and get
caught, just because they are either too stupid to understand, or they don’t think you will actually call for
help. In the former case, any spirit this stupid is probably just an animal-type low-level spirit, and so
shouting and throwing things at them (attacking them in spirit) will make them flee. If not: call for help.
I first came across spiritual police in a lucid dream. In the dream I was in a house that I knew to be my
house, although it didn’t look like my house in the real world. I had a really bad feeling that someone
was trying to break in to the house. Looking through the window I saw something and nothing, as if I
could see something but then couldn’t. I had a feeling that I was being robbed, but couldn’t see anyone
and was confused. Confused as if I were being confused on purpose; I couldn’t think clearly. In the dream
I decided to call the police. As soon as I dialed the emergency number, zero seconds later the police were
there in the room with two spirits they’d caught and tied up, and my confusion was gone. I thanked the
police and they took the spirits away, explaining to me that these were just ‘joker’ spirits who don’t
really understand what they are doing (not relevant) and good thing I called them. They told me I can call
anytime I feel something is wrong, it’s okay if it’s a false alarm.
Just knowing that you can call the spirit police is enough and intending to do so is enough. Calling on a
god that you believe in may work too, it’s essentially the same thing. This is pretty much the job of gods
after all: law and order.
If just the intention to call the spirit police doesn’t work, add a symbolizing action by actually calling
friends who are supportive, telling them you are under psychic attack and ask for their help.
Finally, if none of this works, it could be a foundational belief problem. You may have a belief that is
giving permission. For example, you identify with being a victim. In this case, choose to believe that this
is not the case. Put all of your beliefs on standby, essentially throw everything you think you know about
everything away, and replace it, by choice of will, with the belief that you have the right to tell them to
stop and you can do it and will do it and are doing it. Then choose to continue believing that it’s working,
even if you feel like it’s not. If you don’t believe that it will work, choose to believe that it works just by
you deciding so without any apparent change in feeling. Then choose to believe that your intention to
want it to stop is enough to make it stop, with every second that belief becoming more and more real.
Choose to believe that any feeling that this isn’t working is a false feeling projected onto you by your
attacker, disassociate from that feeling, labeling it as an illusion without needing to not feel it, and stick
to your knowledge that you are stronger than them and will overcome it regardless of these false
feelings of weakness and pain you are being fed. Don’t give in to the seduction. Whatever they say,
however you feel, stick to the knowledge that you are in control and this is all an illusion. And call for
help.

This article is a short overview of some of what I’ve learnt about spiritual energy in both light and dark
forms, what it means and how to balance it.
I’m going to give a very quick summary of yin-yang, just enough to follow the rest of this article, since
I’ve discussed yin-yang many times before. Everything comes in twos: male/female, hot/cold, light/dark,
good/evil, war/peace, etc. These two are in actuality different perspectives of the same thing, i.e.
hot/cold are just different perspectives on heat, and light/dark are just different perspectives on the
quantity of electromagnetic radiation. The thing that makes hot hot is where you, the observer, are
standing. For example, water at 20°C is hot if the ambient temperature is 5°C and it’s cold if the ambient
temperature is 40°C. It is not the water itself that is hot or cold, but the concept of hot or cold is relative
to you, the experiencer. Likewise if you were confined to one room and then released into a city you
would consider yourself free, whilst if you were used to travelling the world and were confined to one
country you’d think yourself trapped.
This is precisely as one would expect within relativity (thank you Einstein for the math), because for
something to be one way or another in and of itself would require an absolute universe in which there
were a single point from where all else were measured. This absolute universe would not be
philosophically possible, i.e. it’s unthinkable and unimaginable. The reason for this is that the absolute
judge, i.e. the point from which all else is measured, if compared to itself would seem as nothing at all.
Since existence itself is known by contrast of each thing against this absolute judge then the presence of
an absolute judge disproves the existence of an absolute judge, precisely because it is only this thing’s
opinion that matters and yet it is unable to see itself, hence it does not exist. Therefore it could be said
that even if an absolute universe were to exist it would function identically as if it were a relative
universe, because the ultimate judge’s first opinion would always be that itself didn’t exist, transforming
the universe into universe without a judge, which is a relative universe. Relativity and absolutism turn
out to be the same thing in disguise.
The result is that everything is experienced relative to your perspective, which is where you are currently
standing. You see everything in contrast to yourself. Because everything comes in twos there are two
ways to think of this: either you are the ultimate judge (hence why you can never know yourself), or
there is no ultimate judge. But really this is just semantics, these two possibilities describe the exact
same reality, just using different words. It is important to remember that there are many different ways
to say the same thing, which look like you are saying different things, but this is only a trick of words. Do I
have two blue squares next to each other, or one blue rectangle? Don’t let the words mislead you, it’s
the same thing.
Now that I’ve quickly covered the foundational philosophy, let’s jump into discussing light and darkness.
In the context of this article, when I speak of light and darkness I’m using these as metaphors for
spiritual light and spiritual darkness; spiritual light being that particular form of energy which you can
obtain through many means, but popularly by doing lots of yoga and meditation. This light is a type of
currency in the spiritual world and it can be transferred between people (or other entities.) Energy is
money; money is energy. Money and energy have the same characteristics: they’re invisible (or at least
very subtle), yet can be transferred between people, and they have the power to make things happen.
Light is white because that’s how our brain’s interpret full-spectrum electromagnetic radiation, hence
energy is associated with white, because it’s giving and we are receiving. Darkness is black because it’s
absorbing energy and not giving out. Death is black because as something corrupts (dies) it no longer has
anything to give and can only take. This is why things turn black when they die. This is also the reason
why it is easy for us to symbolize good as white and evil as black; in this context ‘good’ is something that
is giving to us, and ‘evil’ something that is taking from us.
However, all of this is only true from your perspective. Things that you consider light are
not giving things in and of themselves, and things that you consider dark are not taking things in and of
themselves. Energy naturally flows from high concentration to low concentration. For example, if you
were at 100 points of energy and you met a 50 points of energy person you might feel them draining
your energy; whereas a 25 points of energy person would consider the same person to be giving energy.
Both are true, your interactions with other people are relative to your own energy state. Equally a 100
points of energy person will see very little difference between a 1000 and a 2000 points person, whereas
a 1500 points person sees the two of them completely differently. Hence as you gain energy yourself it
changes how you see other people.
An interesting effect of this is that an angel (I’m using the word metaphorically, but you can take it
literally if you prefer) sees other angels as normal people, and regular humans as if they were demons.
Since you are the comparison point it means that you can never become an angel yourself. You will
always see yourself as normal, and you will always see those with greater energy than you as if they
were angels, and those with much less as if they were demons, no matter how much energy you have.
Obviously this means that if you tried to become more than other people you will never achieve your
goal, instead you just make everyone else appear worse in your eyes. So you can go ahead and give up
on trying to be better than other people for your own self-worth, at best all you will do is make everyone
else look bad. Self-worth comes when you stop trying to be better.
It’s important to note here that while those people with more energy than you may appear angelic, this
absolutely does not make them good people. This is a common fallacy. Likewise someone with low
energy may appear dirty, and yet this fact does not make them a bad person. Having said that, people
who do bad things tend to end up with low-energy, and people who do good things tend to end up with
high-energy, but this is only true to the extent that smarter people are more likely to end up with more
money, and dumber people with less money — it’s generally true overall but not really on an individual
basis. There are good and bad ways to make money, just as there are good and bad ways to get energy;
and then there are people who fall on hard times or are just happy with their lot already.
I want to make this point again because it’s one that leads many people astray: people with high-energy
will look special but you do not know how they got their energy. They could be an energy-thief. It’s like
assuming someone is intelligent just because they’re rich.
And what of darkness? Darkness is just a lower state of energy than what you are used to. But darkness
is not evil, no more than cold is evil. Both too much heat and too much cold will kill you. Both fire and
water can destroy a city. Evil and danger are not in the realm of darkness, they are in the realm
of imbalance. Too much light is just as dangerous as too much darkness.
So what is darkness for? It’s easier to see if I switch the metaphor of light and dark to that of soft and
hard. Now high-energy is soft, flowly and warm; likewise low energy is hard, prickly and cold. It’s true
that here in the 21st century, on Earth, there is so much energy that is hard, prickly and cold that we are
in dire need of some soft, flowy and warm energy. But this is not to say that that which is soft
is better than that which is hard. And even if it were (which it’s not) you would still be unable to hold
on to that which is soft without containing it within that which is hard. For example, when you drink a
glass of water your purpose is to receive the nourishing water, but without the glass itself you could not
do so. Without the hard container for the water how would you receive it? The glass, which is hard and
cold, and therefore in this example symbolizing darkness, is a necessary ally that contains and
protects the water until the time in which it is needed to be drunk.
This is barely even a metaphor. It’s literally an energy state. Solid turns into liquid, and liquid into gas, as
it receives more energy. Put some ice cubes into a kettle and see it for yourself! But is water better than
ice? Both have their uses in different contexts. And what happens when you put ice into a jug of water,
does it not leech energy from the water until all is neutralized into the same energy-state? The very
same effect happens with people.
Without darkness you would not even know what light was, everything would be white and so you’d see
nothing at all. Without darkness there would be no light, just as without that which is ugly there would
be no beauty. The goal of attempting to gain light at the expense of darkness results in a terrible
imbalance. Too much light creates monsters, just as does too much darkness. If you destroyed all that
was ugly you would not create a world with more beauty, you’d create a world with less beauty because
you’d be reducing the potential for relative comparison, which is what makes beauty beautiful. If you
avoided all that was hard and cold then you’d have no ground to stand on — literally!
Low or dense energy does not just contain and protect, it’s also where skill comes from. You can get a
job done by putting in more time and energy (more light) but you can also get the job done by becoming
more efficient. If you have high-energy then you’ll find that things just tend to go your way, and that’s
because you have the energy to make things happen (in many cases you’re subconsciously buying the
experience with your energy-currency, but that’s a subject for a different article.) Low-energy beings
don’t have this privilege, they are energy-poor, and hence they become more efficient at the task, which
means they can get the same thing done using less energy. This is extremely desirable, and simply
doesn’t happen unless it has to. It’s darkness (low-energy) that by making people try harder results in
more creativity, skill and novelty.
So why do people believe that light is better than darkness? They believe that they are approaching
something good and they believe it because they feel it. I’m not saying that one should not try to get
more light in one’s life, but I am saying that the problem is not that darkness is evil, but that they have
too much darkness and not enough light. However when you’re in this state it’s easy to think that light =
good and darkness = bad. It would be closer to the truth to say that balance = good and imbalance = bad
(although there is an argument for imbalance but I won’t go into that here.) By gaining more light the
person feels more balanced, but if they keep on gaining light without also doing the appropriate work to
gain more stability and balance with the other side, i.e. darkness, then they are asking for trouble. An
analogy I’ve used before is this: a person who is starving thinks that food is good and feels that they
could eat forever, but if they did find more food and did eat forever they would become obese and
eventually die. There must be a balance.
Can one have too much love, or too much happiness? Yes and yes. Let’s get real, when people say that
they wish they were always happy they didn’t really think it through. What they really meant was that
they wanted more love or more happiness. If they had only love and no fear then they’d have no
defenses against those that would take advantage of them, and they’d swiftly be preyed upon and
wouldn’t make it through the night. Likewise someone with only happiness would be unable to be
compassionate, unable to relate to anyone else, unable to empathize. How about too much peace? Can
you imagine a world with only peace? There would be no joy in anything, dancing and singing is only
joyful relative to the struggle that you just overcame or escaped from.
I advise then to approach the light if that is what you are drawn to but not to do it at the expense of the
darkness. Don’t think that by gaining more light you will become free of struggles, struggles are relative.
If you gain more energy you will come into new, more difficult struggles. If you have more power you will
have more powerful problems and more powerful enemies. There are common-sense rules for
defending oneself physically, so that you don’t get attacked by spiders, wolves or other people and so
that you can live in harmony with those around you. Likewise if you find yourself gaining energy and
coming into the spiritual world there are also common-sense rules for defending yourself, most of which
are just more fancy versions of the same rules that work physically.
Defense can be soft and subtle and that sometimes works, but if that’s all you can do then sooner or
later you’ll come upon a situation where what you need to defend yourself is a sword and a shield
(energetically speaking.) Swords and shields are hard, cold and pointy, and if all you ever practiced was
soft, warm and flowy because you thought that love would conquer all then you’ll be in trouble.
If you embrace both that which is soft and that which is hard, that which is light and that which is dark,
that which is hot and that which is cold, then you will be able to insulate yourself and sustain your
energy. You will be able to hold on to light instead of having it drained into the environment almost as
fast as you can capture it. You will be able to choose whom you share your energy with instead of just
being a source of energy that lower-energy beings come to drink from.

In spirit there is no physical matter, so the boundaries that separate one spirit from another must be
made of sprit too. For this purpose negative emotion, fear and disgust, act as boundaries in spirit.
A typical example is a trauma that you attempt to escape from my blocking it out. This results in a
fragmentation whereby part of you is separated from the rest of you, and this is called Soul
Fragmentation.
When you refuse to look at or remember something, it indicates your unwillingness of your spirit to pass
through that spirit-world-location, since thinking about something is to go there in spirit. Your spirit then
cannot cross that barrier, it creates a division, and your soul becomes fragmented. These soul fragments
then function independently of one another, as if they were separate beings.
However, the fragments are rarely self-sufficient since they’re meant to be part of a whole, not
individuals. A fragmented piece of your soul finding itself separated is usually unable to survive on its
own. It will either go into a kind of statis like a coma due to lack of energy, or else go into survival mode
and become a leech or vampire, stealing the energy its lacking from you and people around you. This
entity is sometimes referred to as a Shadow.
You will feel that you have lost something, but you may not remember what it was. This is because you
tend to lose not only the thing itself, but also the memory of what you once had.
To rescue a soul fragment first requires the courage to face the fear and pass through it. Facing the fear
means feeling the fear and walking through it with your head held high. Having courage doesn’t mean
not being afraid, it means facing it anyway despite the terrible feeling because it’s your responsibility to
do so.
However, it’s often the case with childhood traumas that one no longer needs to be scared, because they
have changed. You’re no longer a child and so it may be that the “not-going-there” has become a habit,
but in reality you already are bigger now and don’t need to fear the cause of the trauma anymore.
If the soul fragment has been captured by another person or spirit, or if it doesn’t recognize you and
believes you’re trying to capture it yourself (which technically you are) you will find yourself battling the
other within a symbolic space, as I described within my Imaginationland article.
In the case of soul fragmentation, you can take multiple approaches for the same result. You can dissolve
the fear barrier fragmenting you, you can fight and defeat the current owner, or you can remove the
suppressive beliefs upon which the fear is standing. Any of these will result in the fragment coming back
to you.
Sometimes the fragment automatically reintegrates with the whole as soon as you dare to face the fear
or free it. But, sometimes it’s not that easy. Usually the fragment has not grown since the day it was split,
and remains at the same mental age. It may have been comatose and need to be given time and energy
to come back to life again. It may have gained semi-consciousness and no longer want to come back. It
may blame you for abandoning it and require extensive therapy before reaccepting you.
Generally the best way is to treat it exactly as you would if it were your child and you it’s parent, which is
very close to the truth. You will become its therapist and healer, and father and mother. Be patient and
listen to it.
In extreme cases it’s possible to lose a piece of soul altogether: Soul Loss. This is in effect a divorce. It no
longer trusts you, it no longer wants you. In this case your best bet is to demonstrate that you have
changed by your actions, and move on. Spirit does grow back. It takes years to grow back, but it does.
However, it doesn’t grow back if you don’t let go.
It also doesn’t grow back if you take a part of someone else’s soul and try to fill the hole in your own soul
with it. This is all too common. It’s especially common between parents and children, as children are
born whole and parents have unrestricted access to them. In a codependent relationship, each gives a
piece of themselves to fill the missing piece in the other, but it never perfectly fits.
The retrieval and reintegration of soul fragments takes time, but as you do it you become more and
more whole, and back finally to your true self.
Shamans are infamous for doing soul retrievals for other people.
However, traditionally shamans did this for their tribe, which is a group of people they know intimately
and live with for their entire life. They didn’t do it for random people they were not going to see again.
It’s not really a good idea to do soul retrievals for other people because the reintegration can take years.
Are you going to be there for years for that person whenever they need someone to talk to? If no, better
teach them methods for healing themselves rather than make them dependent on you and then not be
there.
Also without facing the fears, so what if you get a piece of them back? What did you do, find the person
who had it, beat them up leaving them confused and lost, and then give that fragment back to its
source? Who will then do what with it? Reintegrate it? Unlikely because they’re scared to look at it and
they judge it, else it would have come back on its own.
Soul retrieval for another person is something you should only do if you intend to take personal
responsibility for that person’s mental and spiritual heath, nurturing and training them until they’ve fully
come back together.
I recommend instead that you share with them this article, and teach them how to heal themselves.
